On September 24, 2007, the North Pacific Treaty Organization was moved into DEFCON 2 and the WLF into DEFCON 3. War was almost sure to come to both alliances. War did not come and peace once again resumed...for now.
OH. crap. THEY WENT INTO DEFCON 3! GOONS, you should have surrendered at this point when you saw that war with this obviously superior fighting force was imminent.

Yep, I must admit I did not have a very good opinion of you up until recently when you started joining the ranks again. Nice to see the honorable GATO back. Congrats on the merger, those things are pretty rare and hard to get settled.

Then I will kick into action and use MY superior knowledge, at my low NS level, to plow through you guys. Because there are members in NoV who have had former nations, including me. People who have eaten nukes and still zied their attackers. People like me are at every level of NoV. And as for the others, we will just pump our nations with 12 mil aid and have them kicking you guys around.

While I believe that it is never right for an alliance to disband as a consequence of war, I hold a special exception in the case of \m/. Get off your f-ing cross. Please do not think us so stupid to think of \m/ as the doe-eyed lamb lead to the slaughter by the evil Electron Sponge. \m/ embodied everything it means to by a tyrant, a thug, and a troll. They dug their own grave with their despicable conduct as their shovel. No amount of deathbed apologies or confessions will ever change their history.
Just the opinion of one man glad to see \m/ get what they deserve.
Buddy, those words will come back to haunt you. Just because they disbanded doesn't mean they still don't have the capability to ZI you.

It's been an honor knowing you, SkyGreenChick. I remember when I first met you on IRC, you were always quiet and polite, causing no problems. Eventually Ogodai came along and attacked you and I attacked him back, because we were in the same alliance. I got to know you more, and egged him on to nuke me. Not because you were an alliance mate, though I may have done that with a few others, but because you were a friend now. A few days later we ZIed that crazy guy.
Though I left \m/ you have always been a friend of mine no matter where I went, what I did or what I said. I truly am honored to see my name on that list of those who you consider a friend, and I hope you come back to the game soon.
You should have my AIM as well, make sure we stay in contact!

Yep. It's a sad state of affairs. The Confederation of Organized Nations honors ALL treaties. Others apparently don't.
