Once you run outta wonders minus FAC, you can buy it when/if it's fixed. Because you've run out of wonders, and your wonder clock will have stopped ticking, you can buy it immediately. No need to tie up cash in the hope that it is fixed eventually.

NpO should be the South Pole (no penguins up north).
TOP Should be the 4th largest nation by 5N:Km2. Which is kinda funny because we're still too small to be sanctioned (although, we're getting close).

When you see the acronym 'NPO' on a hospital room door and you automatically think of the alliance.
Hahaha. I work in a hospital and this has hit me more than once. (BTW, NPO in hospitals means 'non per os' or nothing to eat or drink). Making it worse, my hospital has blue door magnets for those who are NPO).

I'll be buying this wonder soon because there are only a few left for me. Is there a way to search for nations that have it so I can find a tech seller or two? IIRC there was at least one seller who bought it.
My opinion would be that you are wasting your money. I'd rather take the $25 million and add to my warchest. Heck, buying $25 million of extra tech would be better, IMO (yes, I know it's crazy expensive to buy your own tech, but at least you'd get some sort of ROI).

Call me naive, but I expected less enmity between the individual combatants (if not the respective alliances). Usually, this kind of sport fosters friendship.

Amusing. I do not believe a 'good job on that, NPO' suggests "wildly cheering" - rather, simple recognition of positive change.

I find it amazing that some people cannot offer a simple "good job" to the NPO as a result of this action.
Crowd: "Release GATO, you evil purveyors of world-wide hegemony!"
NPO: "Okay, we'll release them (and a few other groups/people of note)."
Crowd: "Haha! You caved! And no apology? What about this other alliance? You're just trying to save your skin!"
Okay, sure, push for more change, but celebrate the victories and applaud the positive changes as they occur.

I'd like to say something,the MK has sentenced us to destruction for something that did no harm,and they got help from their alliances,whos more at fault?
Those who attack us for something that did no harm with fellow alliances,or us? It failed,we aplogize for it,yet they do not forgive and move on for a harmless
fault. We are being torn apart by resignation,and are being assaulted from outside.
EDIT: Both the Federation of Buccaneers and LOST have declared war on us,don't believe me,check wars for United Blue Directorate. We are also being assaulted
on our forums. We are fighting alone against 3 alliances.
Answering the items I've bolded
1) Spying is a valid CB
2) You are more at fault
3) They've given you lenient terms; be thankful
4) The bulk of your nations are too small for them to attack
Overall, I would quit with these kind of posts. It could have been much, much worse. Good luck in rebuilding.

Let me reiterate what many have already said: (1) It's only a week. (2) No nukes or spying away arsenals (unless you start it).
This is meant to be punitive, but truthfully, it isn't bad at all. MK should be thanked for their leniency. No need for gnashing of teeth. You've apologized. Now stay loyal, and re-build.

The crazy thing is that they could have had copies of many decent guides just by asking one of their allies. Just crazy to risk everything to steal somebody else's guide.

MHA has never allowed Tech Raiding.
MHA had a brief stint with "Tech Liberation" in 2007. The rules were strict, and the scheme was quickly scrapped. I actually signed up, but never found a target.
