    It's not a terrible idea in terms of teaching newbies how to war. It's a terrible idea to announce it before it occurs, make it seem like you're doing it against the will of the rest of your government, and giving the entire world a free pass to come and raid your alliance.

    And it was pretty clear from your PM's you had no intention of being civil in the beginning. You can say what you want about 'otherworlds', common sense says starting a conversation off with "ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS" (or really any variation of repeated words in caps) is about as impolite as you can get without adding curse worse or insults.

    Hmm... are you using the RTE editor or the standard one?

    Either way, whichever you're using, have you tried switching to the other to see if that fixes it?

    I believe the Tier barriers, as well as the Add/Drop lines are pegged to FOK's score until IRON (or GATO, possibly) holds sanction for 10 days straight.

    Could be wrong though.
