And if yours is the highest you win. Also what will weigh in on who wins is how fast you can pay and how many slots you will use for payment. So technically the highest number wont always win but a combination of how many payments and at what price. *If its large enough ill do two donations.

GOONs i like it, this is what the game needs more drama and someone to hate. If we didn't we'd be crying about hows there's no drama in a few weeks and something exciting needs to be done. Then we will get people be like no you we like this, and we will start the cycle all over again. Also to the people saying tech raiding is immoral.... This is how i view it, if you say tech raiding is immoral, then you should never report someone for not knowing you need more then one word in a post or any of having a signature off by a few pixels. Yes i know but they agreed to follow the rules when they signed up in the ToS. I don't see where it says you cant war in the CN ToS or even saying you can't tech raid. If it's about your morals and show its wrong to take advantage of someone's lack of defense, why wouldnt it be wrong to take advantage of someones lack of knowledge on forum rules?
