Monos Archein - Norden Verein Treaty of Amity
Monos Archein- NoV Treaty of AmityMonos Archein and the Norden Verein hereby commit to uphold the following principles of non-aggression, mutual respect, and protection outlined in this Treaty of Amity.
Preamble
This treaty is signed in good faith, and is based upon the noble ideals of friendship and cooperation common to all of us. It is signed not only in the pursuit of peace, which many times becomes stagnant, but in the hopes that both signatory alliances will work together to actively pursue a better future and to ensure that cooperation will take the place of violence and rash aggression.
Sovereignty
In the signing of this treaty, it must be clear that both organizations and their members will remain sovereign.
Non-Aggression
No member nation of either alliance will declare war on any member nation of the other, provide aid, be it military, money, technology, or knowledge to enemies of the other, or commit acts of espionage against the other.
Friendship
The signatory alliances and their members will treat each other with as much respect and decency as they would their own members. Healthy debate, discussion, and constructive criticism are not restricted, but alliance members are expected to show tact and consideration when addressing any grievances, namely by making full use of proper diplomatic channels. Any information gathered by one of the signatories with potential impact on the security of the other shall be promptly and privately forwarded to them.
Assistance
Concerning hostile foreign alliances, neither signatory alliance is legally bound to grant requests of military action or financial aid from the other. However, should such a request be made through official channels by one signatory, the other is highly encouraged to participate, and is required to hold a vote in their council (or whatever decision-making body they feature) on the issue. If no request is made by a signatory which is in need of aid, it is still highly encouraged that the other signatory come to their defense.
Concerning hostile independent nations, however, providing military and/or financial assistance to one signatory which is engaged in warfare against a rogue nation is required by the other signatory if it is requested.
Withdrawal
If either signatory alliance feels that this treaty has been unjustly violated and resulting diplomatic negotiations have not offered any sort of resolution, they have the right to withdraw from the treaty by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Should this treaty be revoked by either alliance, a forty-eight hour grace period begins in which neither alliance may declare war on the other, after which no such rules apply.

Global Democratic Alliance - Norden Verein Mutual Aggression Defense Pact
Once again Rocking the Block
Preamble:We, the representatives of the undersigned allied nations of Planet Bob, in order to form a stable organization, ensure peace and security, and extend a sphere of benevolent influence among the other nations of the world, do hereby establish this mutual treaty of military and fiscal aid.
Article I: Mutual Defense
a. Rogues: If a member nation of the alliances represented by the undersigned is attacked by an unaligned nation and said member's alliance cannot reasonably and/or promptly assist, the alliance may request aid from the other alliance. The requested alliance must send aid of reasonable size in the form of financial or military aid, retaliatory strikes upon the aggressor, or some combination. Aid must be offered within a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of the request, or sooner if both alliance heads agree to a more timely deadline.
b. Alliances: Any declaration of war upon a member of either alliance is considered an act of aggression to the undersigned member alliances. Peace will only be offered through mutual consent of the alliances represented by the undersigned; and only accepted under the same terms. Diplomatic channels will remain open in the event that a declaration of war by an outside alliance is an unsanctioned operation.
Article II: Mutual Aggression
a: If circumstances prevail that may cause either alliance to declare war upon an outside party, a confidential summit of leaders from each of the undersigned shall be held in order to arrive at a formal agreement. The alliances shall then release a formal, joint statement to the world. It is highly encouraged that both alliances take a unified stance on any issues that may arise to cause the contemplation of such an action.
b: In the event that a unified decision cannot be reached and military action is taken, the dissenting alliance may remain neutral in the conflict provided they can show just cause as to not initiate further aggression.
Article III: Espionage
Neither alliance may directly participate in espionage of any type, regardless of situation and target. If either one of the undersigning alliances conducts espionage on the other signatory, this pact will be revoked immediately following a 24-hour truce. If either alliance bound to this pact conducts espionage on a non-signing alliance, it is grounds for revocation, but such action may or may not be taken by the other signatories leaders.
Article IV: Termination
This treaty shall only be terminated if either undersigned alliance chooses to exit this treaty or if Article III is found to be violated by a member alliance. If one of the undersigned chooses to terminate this pact, they must give five(5) days notice before the treaty is officially dissolved in which they remain fully bonded to the provisions contained therein.
The Undersigned do agree to respect and adhere to the Articles written above, both in the spirit and letter in which they are written.

Believe me when I say if recruitment was the goal you would never recognize it happening, they would sit back, watch and pick their subjects with great talent. Really? So it is okay to accuse an enormous amount of innocent people, condemning their normal lives (nations) in order to inefficientally find and expose the actions of a few?

Hmm. I'll be of a slightly different opinion if what Mogar says is true, which it looks like it is.
I will say that it is possible then, for them to recruit, (Obviously) but still highly unlikely. However, I don't think much will be achieved by running around and pointing fingers at anyone who "could" be WN and a possible recruiter. Since they are obviously intelligent enough to infiltrate CDS (Doesn't say much, but still), and only for a little while, they are probably good enough actors and are experienced enough to avoid detection via these kinds of nitpicky accusation methods. At best, it will only scare them away for a little while until the accusations die down.

let's pretend heaven forbid, that's exactly what they did and they didrecruit at least 5 members i know of who were normal members before they came into my alliance and turned them into one of these nazi/wn/ws/w/e.
They managed to recruit 5 members before someone decided to out them? Are you sure that they were not "normal members" before, and not in on the whole thing? (Can you send me some proof of that? PM is okay, if it's already been posted) If so, what were you doing the whole time while they were corrupted, standing and watching?
I suppose, if that is true, I stand corrected then, I guess it is possible.
I'd like to see these people who were corrupted to such a vast ideological change in such a short amount of time, and on the internet. (Well they were insecure enough to join CDS in the first place, I suppose. ) 
I'd highly doubt that any of the SF fools are capable of that, it goes against all that I have seen from SF so far.

Regarding USN and CDS; I believe Zog's point is, while SF did attempt to infiltrate those alliances; both times they failed miserably, and never even got close to "recruiting" anyone. The apparent worriness over a SF infiltration is much too exaggerated, there is no way possible that they can manage to take over an alliance without someone blowing the gun.
Let's pretend, heaven forbid, that they did manage to take over such an alliance. The only way possible they could do so was if they did not ever mention, or have someone find out, that they were Stormfronters or racists. Highly improbable, knowing the idiocity of Stormfronters. So, they have taken over the alliance successfully. Hooray? I don't think that them having control over an established alliance would do them any good, what are they going to do, send out recruitment PM's to people? As soon as they tried to pull something like that, they would be destroyed. Just sit and wait until they are strong enough to dominate the rest of CN? Hah, it no chance, the longer they wait the more likely they will be found out. It wouldn't even be possible anyways.
I don't really see what we are so worried about. Am I missing some method where they could recruit people to Stormfront without the rest of CN noticing? Yeah right. If so, can someone please enlighten me?
And that is only if they even managed to get control over an alliance, which is impossible in the first place.

It was my pleasure to take part in the creation of this treaty with FUN and President President. NoV looks forward to awesome relations with FUN and we hope that this treaty is only the beginnings of said relations.
