    UPN are keeping keen eyes on the hostilities presently raging on Planet Bob.

    We are therefore offering our full support to our allies already engaged in this war, Polaris, Legion and NATO. :wub:

    And we wish you all to know that UPN are here for you should you ask it of us.

    oh... and should anyone declare on any of the above mentioned alliances.... not that anyone would be silly enough to

    do such a thing..... then you might have to put some purple lovin' into the equation. :jihad:

    UPN Announcements

    First, I'm here to announce that we reached a milestone earlier today when we crossed the 2 million NS mark.

    (If you don't believe me, here's the proof:)

    And now for something else:

    We are pleased to announce the creation of the UPN Academy (or The Agoge, which we call it among ourselves).

    Every new recruit of the UPN will be required to go through the Agoge and take an exam before becoming a full member.

    Nations in the Academy will have "UPN Academy" in their alliance affiliation. Any attack upon any nation wearing this AA is the same as attack upon the UPN.

    Finally, earlier today, we announced The Iodine Compact, our MDP with Element. Here's to great friends!
