I have surrendered to my enemies. I have begun doing all of the following:
-POW will change alliance affiliation to "Allied POW"
-POW nation will demilitarize to minimum troops needed to avoid anarchy
-POW Decommission all Nukes, Cruise missiles, Tanks, and Aircraft.
-POW nation will destroy all satellites and missile defense improvements.
-POW nation will remain neutral for the remainder of the conflict
