I would do this, but the damage done to my nation has been too great. I have minimal tech at the moment

I'm still fairly new and haven't gotten the chance to join an alliance yet. Unfortunately I'm currently unable to join one because some guy decided to obliterate my nation in war. I'm stuck in this war that I can't win, and I can't get help. Any aid would be greatly appreciated. My nation is Morrison, the ruler is Weaston
