    Yep.

    I am selling tech however nothing has actually changed. In my 3x3 deal I went 50 > 0 > 50 > 0 > 50 in the space of about an hour so the tech level effectively hasn't changed at all.

    It seems to have stopped now so perhaps you get a small happiness bonus with an efficiency level above 150 (or 200?) which I was briefly?

    Is there a direct colleration between your infra level and the number of supporters and/or working citizens?

    For example if you have 100 infra and buy a further 100 infra what is your population jump?

    Obviously there are other resource/bonus multipliers however there must be a rough formula.

    1 level = x citizens?

    I have two 8BR circles with some slots missing. You will gain Asphalt / Automobiles / Beer / Construction / Microchips / Radiation Cleanup / Scholars / Steel and you must have a harbour.
