How can it be a result of AA hopping when the practice of hitting applicant aa's occured before this war an aa hopping?
I was alluding to the fact it is now more "acceptable" due to the epic game of AA hopscotch played by Umbrella and their minions.
And yes ODN is tainted by the people and their actions in the same fox hole to their left and right.

I would argue that this is a direct result of your side changing AAs to whatever suits them.
Because your allies hop around to whatever AA we have no way of knowing if someone is a true applicant of just another nation hopping Competence guy looking to hide out for awhile to rearm, restock and back collect.

Not all African despots such as myself looted their nations coffers to a degree that allowed them to attend fine expensive UK boarding schools and polish up their English.
