  1. OOC: Really? IC: Elizaveta Krasivaya and a small team of five enter the meeting. Elizaveta speaks briefly to all in attendance. Her voice is shakey, and she is clearly nervouse as worries of the war way heavy on her mind... Krasivaya- "Hello everyone I am Elizaveta Krasivaya, Head of the Bolshevik Federation Foreign Relations Committee. I will be rerpresenting the Bolshevik Federation as a guest here. Thank you for having me." They all sit. An aid regularly leans over to Krasivaya giving her updates of the Comintern/Axis war.
  2. Due to the Axis/Comintern conflict, Bolshevik officials have exited the country and Elizaveta Krasivaya, Head of Bolshevik Federation Foreign Relations Committee relays a messege to Generalissimo requesting to attend the meeting for the Bolshevik Federation as a guest. Aid- "What could you possibly hope to accomplish by joining this discussion, the Comintern is at war!" Krasivaya-"I...I'm not yet sure. Perhaps..." The plane shakes violently as something large flyes passed in the opposite direction, followed by several more. They are NAAC aircraft that narrowly tore the small jet to pieces, quieting the last hope for reform within the Bolshevik Federation. After the narrow escape, the dialogue continues. Krasivaya- "Because I hope to quicken the end of this..damn war." she quickly turned and wiped a tear from her cheek. What hasent been released to the public, was Krasivaya calls for a more open government, and her offers for more sweeping reform. Her plans are said to be able to relive the nation of many negative effects of their Socialist system, while emphasizing on its successes. She has also given names of provenly currupt officials within the BFCP and throughout the government. This was covered up to avoid giving Krasivaya the medias attention, and provocking public outrage. Her reasons for attending this conference is to speak directly to the international community but is in direct defiance of threats she has recieved from partymembers, and in hopes of finding some way to quicken the pace towards a peaceful solution tot he war. Elizaveta Krasivaya Head of Bolshevik Federation Foreign Relations Committee
  3. "This is agree able. We will migrate closer to our allies int he Americas, and pledge to work towards better, more constructive relations with you."
  4. "We request exact terms. We do not plan on leaving the Comintern either, but rather will work towards a constructive relationship between our two pacts. Together we can either make a war, or with our strength actually do something progressive. If we are not being forced to leave our pact, my people are allowed safe passage, and if you will consider possibly mroe cooperation, we will submit."
  5. "If you can offer our people safe passage, and a place in which to migrate. Only if our populace is untouched will I consider this request, they are peaceful and I wish them not to be pursecuted for a pointless war."
  6. Premier Orlov addresses the Bolshevik Federation. The broadcast is not live and Orlov has since set off for an undisclosed location. The Conference of the Comintern is moved to a secret location. "With no success in the use of reason with the USC in matters of the revolution in the Northern Soviet, an attack on the entire Comintern has begun by the Axis Pact. Our foreign relations committee and diplomats have been alerted and have left the country to seek an end to the conflict. I ask the leaders of the world to call for peace. Nonethless Bolshevik forces join with our allies in defence of the Comintern. I have failed in reasoning a peaceful solution, and in consequence our peaceful nation will be subject to attack at any time. You are to follow the following instructions to underground bunkers throughout your cities. I prey that no harm comes to my innocent people during this pointless war. Good night." The broadcast is followed by emergency instructions.
  7. The Bolshevik Federation does not agree with this statement. All nations, regardless of size or strength should be allowed to follow their own path of development. The strong require responsibility and obligation to lead the world on a prosperous path, jsut as the weak require guidence, friendship, and help to better contribute to the ideal goals of the strong.
  8. Premier Orlov calls attention to himself gathering his papers while receiving more from Bolshevik military officials, Bolshevik Federation Communist Partymembers, and various other officials. Then he speaks. "We have prepared some new proposals for the Comunist International. Proposals that we beleive will set the Comintern on a safer path of both discovery and secrecy. While the world continues to speed through scientific and technological revolution it should be the policy of this Comintern to maintain a competative edge on such advancements. This is why I propose, with great hopes, the Communist International Space Program. The details for such a program are complex and have not yet been mapped out by Bolshevik Federation, but hopefully with some healthy discussion and debate we can, in the near future, acheive a fully-functioning, and successfull Comintern space program. Now, as you all take that into consideration, we present an additional proposal. Just as a Space program would pursue a productive path, our next proposal is in reguards to Comintern defence. As international tensions rise, social problems boil and spill over, environemtal danger affects all, and the hostility of "anti-comintern" nations we must move progressively and swiftly on a more organized path of Comintern defence, our main reason however, should be idiological survival. We prepose a Comintern Intelligence Agency. This would ensure a competitive edge in the ever-expanding world of international espionage and war. This would allow the Comintern to get an early waring of comming conflicts, and drastically lessen chances of espionage within our own pact and nations. Also, a note concerning the the revised Comintern constitution. We agree with the changes but propose, in regaurds to the sections: "War" & "Mutual Defence". In an effort to decrease the likelihood of more global conflict Comintern members should be able to choose wether or not to deploy their forces to a war started by a fellow signatory. This would stop the Comintern from becoming a "Military Machine" like the Axis Pact proposed by the USC. But in regaurds to defence, all members should aid the attacked signatory. In closing, I would like to announce the creation of the Bolshevik Federation's Foreign Relations Committee. Leading the F.R.C. will be Elizaveta Krasivaya. She will major head diplomatic, and major foreign affair missions." Elizaveta Krasivaya Head of Bolshevik Federation Foreign Relations Committee In reality the Bolshevik Foreign Relations Committee is very poorly organized and lack much structure or organization yet. So in the scramble to assemble the Committee, that Elizaveta Krasivaya had been pressing for for months. She beleives on a softer stance on Bolshevik foreign relations and has informally been suggesting this to Premier Orlov. Elizaveta Krasivaya is the former Head of Bolshevik Federation Intelligence Group, and reportedly resigned her position due to her disagreeing with certain measures taken for interrogation and possible torture. Elizaveta's "lighter" stance on certain topics has won her many enamies within the BFCP, but her persistance, charisma and beauty has allowed her to rise among their ranks. OOC: btw Krasivaya means beauty in Russian
  9. OOC: which areas of the world are available?
  10. It is obviouse to us that this pact will quickly become currupted by USC's military ambitions. They are already in an active conflict, so naturally as soon as a nation signs they must send aid.
  11. OOC: Quick question. Is this war within your own nation or against another? Sorry if I missed it.
  12. The Bolshevik Federation protests the creation of an axis. This "pact" seems to be geared mainly for war, possibly a USC attempt to drag other nations into a USC conflict. Why was this not created before USC began expanding and threatening war with the non-aggressive Comintern? Also we would suggest a constructive agreement that would actually aid the signatories economically, or perhaps unify nations because there is a need for unity rather than a need for war; we would welcome such USC pact. We personally hope a more constructive treaty can replace this military axis, that we see will only become a USC led military machine against idiologically different nations and pacts.
  13. OOC: r u serious? ok can i see and updated map so i can edit my claims? small set-back

  18. OOC: Ok then. And thank you for making that clear, I'll make one right away
  19. OOC: do I need a seperate DoE for each RP??
  20. The Bolshevik Federation hopes to see an end to this bickering before heated tension breaks into war. We will stress the point again that the Comintern did not place Communism in Asia; Asians did. And they joiend the Comintern, so naturally there would be a Comintern presence in Asia, because Asian nations joined the Comintern. We do not go out and forcefully take, we simply recieve new membership. Wether those members be from Asia, America, Europe, Africa or Oceania is, as it has always been, up to the people who inhabit the nations in those regions. OOC: Tip: CNRP=Neo Soviet Union, CNRP R=Bolshevik Federation
  21. OOC: Its the Bolshevik Federation in CNRP R and I made my DoE i dont understand why you dont recognize my nation, and I offered before to edit the size of my claims but i dont beleive you replied.
  22. OOC: make sure u make a Declaration of existance for CNRP R
