WAPA gives you 3mill for joining, another 3mill for completing our training and then after that there are various development programmes you can enter that raise about 30mill for your nation each time. Larger nations will get 200 tech instead of 6mill for joining and training. That's a pretty damn good deal! Plus, the forums are very active, with a diverse and fun community. I joined WAPA for the money, but stayed because of the great banter. This isn't a cheesy ad (well, not supposed to be!) but a truthful endorsement.
