If NEWiley has made up on his deal, i suggest that we all drop this and cancle this topic altogether. If he hasnt, simply ZI or hurt his nation untill it's paid itself. Problem solved. Personally, i hope that this all works out because if he is speaking truthfully he simply couldn't get on for a few days due to RL.
