    Gonna be both personal divided in relations and game efficiency as I see it.

    Mostly Harmless Alliance - 7 : Would have been a 10 but I feel I need to get to know you guys even more. :)
    Green Protection Agency - 5 : Neutral opinion of a neutral alliance. +1 since I spent time there after UjW.
    Fark - 7 : Get points for your effectiveness in wars, but lose a few for the rollercoaster relationship I feel I've had with you.
    Independent Republic Of Orange Nations - 6 : Been rolled by Gremlins and friends twice and still seems to have bounced back good.
    Sparta - 10 : I just really like Sparta!
    World Task Force - 5 : Need to know more!
    Orange Defense Network - 8 : They have really grown on me.
    The Order Of The Paradox - 7 : Can't ignore their skills. I know I can keep grudges a long time, but It's fading fast with TOP.
    Umbrella - 10 : ^_^
    New Pacific Order - 5 : Get the five for your history, you were top dog for a long time and that deserves recognizion. Would have been higher but letting allies fight while you stay in peace mode is the NPO I remember.
    Global Alliance And Treaty Organization - 3 : Shaky history and I've seen a few horrible posters mocking about. Fix this
    Viridian Entente - 10 : Great alliance & great people.
    The Democratic Order - 5 : Neutral
    New Polar Order - 7 : Doesn't back down from a fight but shaky history in leadership, that's my personal opinion. Surpassed your "big brother" NPO in my eyes.
    FOK - 10 : Easy 10. I could write tons of positive things to say here but I hate writing that much.
    R&R - 7 : I like SF and I like R&R
    Mushroom Kingdom - 9 : Why not a 10? Well fix my smily already! (Gobb gets a 10)
    Nordreich - 5 : Getting the 5 because they fight good. Being Norwegian the use of our national anthem in a propaganda video didn't sit well. D:
    LoSS - 5 : I'm at a loss
    Nusantara Elite Warriors - 4 : Good to fight but that's about it.
    The Legion - 4 : At least they came out to fight, 1 nation at a the time for some strange reason.
    Valhalla - 6 : The most NS I've lost in a war was against 2 Valhalla nation.
    Multicolored Cross-X Alliance - 1 : Can't find anything positive here. (Did you fight in this war? If so put you down for a 3)
    Nueva Vida - 5 : Don't really know where to place so 5 fits nice.
    The Foreign Division - 4 : 2nd best alliance I think we've fought.
    Federation Of Armed Nations - 7 : Resilient to say the least.
    NATO - 3 : Fights when called for, good or not is another issue.
    Global Order of Darkness - 8 : I really like most people in this alliance. Xiph and Big_Z gets a special mention.
    The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons - 5 : something
    Legacy - 5 : Need to know more!
    The Templar Knights - 3 : Does nothing.
    The Order Of Light - 1 : About to disband I would think.
    Asgaard - 7 : Getting good nations and always reasonable people, also we share friends.
    iFOK - 10 : See FOK. <3
    Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations - 7 : Got several cool people in it.
    Athens - 6 : Good and asskicking and war.
    World Federation - 6 : Showed they could pull their weight.
    Goon Order Of Oppression Negligence And Sadism - 10 : Next behemoth in CN, just give them time.
    Fellowship Of Elite Allied Republics - 5 : Too little experience with.
    Global Democratic Alliance - 5 : Too little experience with.
    Argent - 9 : Been some ups and downs with them, but they are great players and great friends.
    Guru Order - 5 : Too little experience with.
    Christian Coalition Of Countries - 3 : Fought one nations this war, not much brag. Changed AA's and bio to something hilarious (for me at least) every few days. + for that.
    Ragnarok - 2 : Shell of a once great alliance.
    The Phoenix Federation - 1 : Look above but remove the great part.
    Random Insanity Alliance - 6 : Would have been a 7 with the rest of SF but re:VE.
