  1. If you say it happened I believe it, but it seems highly unlikely. Seems to me that PM needs a reasonable ammount of time to make such an impact (bill lock). The WC would need to be really subpar. For 1 or 2 nations yes. For a reasonable ammount of nations to make a difference...?  don't think so.

Why do you think those big nations never came out of PM in the first place?

  2. Four of the top five on the TOP AA in war mode have bought back significant amounts of infra, including all three of theirs above 100K NS.  I'm not sure if Bauhaus has.  Meanwhile, we buy back just enough to hit them and drag them back down.

10 nations have tried to drag me down. They haven't succeeded yet. It will be expensive for them to try again.

  3. Listen you can play that line all you want.  I happen to know you were DEATHLY worried (you being Umbrella) about 28 NPO nations.  So peddle your wares elsewhere to those that aren't aware.

I have no idea what you are talking about, but I have been one of the top nations in Umbrella for a long time, and I have fought in every big war so far, until there were no nations in range or they surrendered. Sometimes the latter, mostly the former.

I only echo what Calpih say, not our fault our enemies lack the upper tiers, or rather hide them in PM.

  4. Being the best means that we don't have to give up the advantage repeatedly.

Speaking for myself, I had been "inactive" from CN these last few months, only checking my nations few times a week, naturally my slot efficiency was very bad, and I was not alone in this. However, I plan to remedy that post war, seeing I could have dished out way more damage starting this war with 27k tech rather then 24k.

You also have to take in the fact that Umbrella was started by the shattered remains of Genmay, most of us started out with small nations with almost no tech or infra. We had a few big ones, and through good economic programs and slot usage we grew to the size we are today. We surpassed a lot of nations older then us, so in my book we already passed the test once, and will surely do it again.

Plans are laid out to bounce our war torn nations back up, and our slot usage will be back to the glory days of RoqSane.

    Let's see where we're at in 2014.

  5. Just looking at the first page, only 1 TOP nation in the top 40 slipped to peace mode currently, the page goes down to 50k.

TOP nations would have to spend billions and they still would not escape the shark tank, what is the point of spending that much if you will only be pulled back down instantly.

Considering that's almost what eQ nations are doing just to updeclare on us, I will ask you the same thing? They need more than 3999 infra to be able to declare too.

  6.

We both know this spin on trying to say Umbrella started it is to maintain support for this war against us so you can reference Umbrella as the big bad evil that needed to get stomped out.

They don't have the guts to be what they wanna be. They need people like us. They need people like us so they can point their fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." So...what that make them? Good? They're not good. They just know how to hide--how to lie. DH, we don't have that problem. DH, we always tell the truth. Even when we lie.

  7. i dont think we need the super tiers to win, i think we need to completely dominate your nations that 15/18mil to will mean very little, which we are quite apt to do.

our goal is to remove your ability to dominate anything but the top tier, i would gather our goal post war is to ensure we're in a position where this is your only war you get that advantage.

So if an alliance fights a war, looses badly but completely owns the 1-10k NS tier, have they won? I mean the only war advantage the other guy have is 10k and beyond. Everything below that is their territory. Catch my drift? This game revolves around growing nations, grow being the key word here. If you and your friends can't grow past a certain point whats the point?

So nice every alliance that is not Umbrella has accepted their fate to die for your stats. I assume this memo has been passed along to VE and Deinos who are almost entirely among the masses that have accepted this?

I only speak for the general sentiment in Umbrella, and I have complete trust in our allies. As for dying for our stats, Umbrella is fighting with almost every nation we have, whilst using almost every slot to send aid to our allies. You might also have noticed that our top tier have started clearing out top tier nations on all fronts.

Your members who've "accepted their fate" may be the exception but most alliance members are not going to throw themselves on the proverbial sword as readily as you seem to indicate.  It is an interesting perspective though...

You mention most alliance members not wanting to throw themselves on the proverbial sword, yet you claim you can keep sending nations to suicide into our top tier, how long do you think you can keep that up?

  8. you cant sit here and pretend we havent cost your upper tier nations billions as well, you just happened to have a great deal more of them than we did, and those 30 or so nations can enjoy their super tier status while we grind the rest of you into submission.

I have used a few billions sure, but soon there won't be anyone left to stagger me, and I can start rebuilding.

Meanwhile many of our other nations can jump back up from the sharktank using their warchest. Sure, eQ can do the same but since we already "own" the top tier our supernations will send them back with 2-3k less tech.

Those who are too low to be saved have already accepted their fate. Especially in Umbrella.

Have all of your people done the same? Is the goal for you're nations to reach 80k NS and stop there?
