Well, it is now. The old one didn't fit no more, on account of long hours of doing nothing, and sometimes 1 meal per day. The idea of taking them in at the waist was appealing, but that required energy. So we got on our computers and moved our fingers and a new flag was born. True story bro. Also: TLK's got a new charter. We found a hole in the old one, and every time we tried to fill it in, more fell into it. So we slapped a slab on concrete over it and wrote the new one on top. I would let you see it, but that would require going to our forums over at http://www.cn-tlk.net and doing the whole copy paste thing. If you really want to see it, it'll be available on our forums when I get around to it, or you can come find me on IRC. #tlk on coldfront, as is the standard. It should also be mentioned that TLK gathered their 100,000th Strength pixel, around 2 weeks ago, which was also our 6 month anniversary. Only 73,000 pixels until we pass them pesky NPO applicants. TLK is also in the process of redoing their diplomat format on their forums. Therefore, anyone who had a diplomatic mask, no longer does, and the embassies have been moved to an archive, and diplomats are required to repost all info upon creation. Not to be last on the list, TLK hereby declares our protectorate with UCN void. Them rascals made us do it, we swear. To clear up some things, BTA has informed me that BTA will also be known by their new second name, the Blue Turtles that are high on Purple. However I still haven't found the legal name for this 'purple'. More on this in a bit.
