I would also like to offer to mediate peace talks.
My standard fee structure is 100 tech for every 15 minutes spent mediating peace talks, plus a flat fee of 10% for any tech reparations demanded and accepted. I take kickbacks of 50% of the tech reparations saved to the losing alliance in trying to negotiate a better deal for them.
You know where to find me.
PS. I require an upfront payment of 100 tech.

Talking hypothetically, if it ever came to that, we could bring one nation out of PM at a time and still destroy a top tier alliance like theirs.
Wars against top tier alliances like DBDC, Umbrella, Gramlins, WTF etc etc are all down to nuke count, once they're overwhelmed and SDI's have taken out all their nukes, they're pretty much useless. Their only chance of doing damage is with ground battles and that's in the situation they are not already ZI'd or no longer hold the infra advantage.
If you reckon it's that easy, I think you should do it!

Our participation was requested in the coming war by some of our allies. We received NG's request to defend them long after we were engaged. Why exactly is it scummy to not want to fight on two fronts and on both sides of a global war?
