Whoa...dude, lets not get it twisted. There are blocs that can handle Frostbite. Yeah its the newest of the big blocs but it's definately not the biggest nor have I seen any claims from our leaders that we are.
So either you just dont quite understand the numbers involved or you are attempting to paint Frostbite in a false light, not sure right now which but you are right about this situation turning into a very nasty war should everyone see fit to jump in. It's definately best to just aid the embattled nations afterwards when they rebuild the light damages.
Alot of folks are really making a bigger deal out of it then they should. RAD is holding their own and to say that NSO has a major advantage due to their member count is to completely ignore the fact that nations cannot attack every other nation. One would have to do a much more detailed inquiry into the match up to see if that nation count advantage leads to a major advantage on the battlefield or if the match up is more equalized then people would realize with just a cursory look at nation counts.
I didn't mean by the numbers. Rather by the reputation of the alliances and even more of their leaders. You see if you can find 4 other people with more influence in the world than Ivan, Tyga, AlmightyGrub, and Sponge.

RAD is holding their own quite well. I just wish that would say what they truly felt, and not what the party line is (if you truly feel what you've said than good, thank you)
I for one realize that this is [ooc]just a game[/ooc] and that war doesn't really matter. I don't like taking the happening of the world too seriously because it really just leads to headaches, and there's no reason that RAD had to be jumped after so little effort to avoid it. If people haven't noticed I and my alliance mate have posted opposite opinions about this on here. We're our own individuals and I'm more than happy to say that we are a clear cut case of ignoring/not having party lines. disagreement among your friends can help to strengthen your bonds. I wish Bob would realize that.

Actually, I was just responding in an appropriate fashion to your crying about us hiding behind allies. When I state that we will fight you without our allies I am suddenly a bully? Is that because you have to start backpedaling every time someone calls you to the mat?
As far as a one on one with me goes, what would be the point? I suck at the technical aspects of the [ooc]game[/ooc], I would very likely be defeated. And yet I would find no loss in such a defeat because ultimately such issues don't actually matter. Plus, you are probably out of my range.
EDIT: I see someone posted the stats. Now evidently you are a hypocrite as well for challenging a "weaker" nation. Surprise surprise.
if such issues as [ooc] in-game [/ooc] wars do not matter than why are you wasting our time with this war. Since they do not matter than it does not matter that J8 attacked Anthony and we can all just go home now.

There is a stark and readily accepted difference between a personality behavior and an act of war. If you can not make that determination yourself I am certain there are multitudes available to hold your hand and point it out to you.
how should I say this... They are a Lulz alliance. They are not politically correct. Is it about personality behavior? Because you seem to not like the personality that RAD holds as an alliance. They pulled a joke that you didn't think was funny, but you could have solved in a different way. You chose war when there were other options. You attacked off of you gut, and not off of facts. Very dangerous indeed. If you want Bob to accept your unique personalities individually, and as an alliance, you must be willing to do the same.

Well damn, far be it from me to say that my alliance can act any damn well they please as they [OOC]act in an IC manner in a simulation game[/OOC] or behave in a manner inconsistent with the politically correct status quo.You mean if a large alliance posted an open declaration of war and that they were fully aware of the consequences of their actions and then launched an attack against a member of our government?

Frankly, RAD's allies are capable of doing as they please as is RAD. so if RAD's allies wish to get involved so be it. Also, RAD seems to be having a blast as is NSO. and 1 week of war is not really that bad and i do not think Moldavi is overreacting since i do not think J8 got his permission to duel anyone in NSO.
It wasn't directed toward RAD. It was more directed toward those that are in neither alliance and praise Ivan for his mercy. It does seem like RAD is having fun. J8 may not have gotten permission. If so, than standard practice would be, reps, or a short war on J8, not on his alliance.

They declared war on the OWF as a joke for a Q&A thread. The government said long before J8 declared war that they weren't doing a shark week. So nice try with the trolling, but it turns out that J8 took the joke to far with Anthony (although it seems Anthony was OK with it), and Moldavi overreacted.
Heinousone you should already know this since it was your question about shark week that was told to be false. Of course you did make that promise to Hakai, so... good for you?

That isn't how I read the logs at all. Anthony came to Jason8 after he was declared upon and said "this is ridiculous, you didn't even attack" and then Jason8 decided to do so. There was no indication that Anthony wanted to be anarchied, just that he recognized the stupidity of the action at all.

Notice, however, that Anthony does not say "don't attack me. I want to peace out of this war"
If he came looking for Jason about the war and he doesn't tell him that he wants peace, than he clearly is OK with the war. For somebody who would fancy themselves a revolutionary leader in a revolutionary alliance, and after all the stuff you post about people, and alliances being able to what they want, you sure fail to let your own members handle their own business. Did you even talk to Anthony. Also, did you ever post those logs of your conversation with RAD gov on the issue? If so where can I find them? If not, why not?

I don't see how it would be ironic at all.
The Doctrine is meant to be embraced by those abroad if they wish it. If any alliance actually finds means of logically convincing themselves that the NSO is somehow in the wrong in this instance it could be reasonably stated that it would be their moral obligation to put a stop to our evil ways.
Obviously, I do not believe that to be the case and doubt any alliance will declare upon us for this short conflict, in which we are merely defending ourselves.

Ivan, if Anthony says "attack me" and Jason8 declares war but doesn't attack and Anthony comes to him and says essentially "wtf? why aren't you attacking me. please do so" and then Jason8 attacks, isn't Anthony playing along with Jason8?

if the guy that Jason8 declared on came to him on IRC and then was upset because he didn't actually launch an attack and wanted him to, isn't this your member going along with it? And I haven't read every page of either thread but I believe people were asking for your logs of approaching their government since Jason said you never did.
Also, I wonder if anybody will attack NSO without being treatied to RAD. Wouldn't it be great to see people embrace the new Moldavi Doctrine right now? The irony would be fantastic.

WOLF is not ebil... seriously. AZTEC has found them to be quite a delight to work through on a couple of situations involving us and 1 or 2 of their members. If you haven't noticed they haven't rolled us yet. They're actually quite nice and understanding.

I think it depends on how WOLF is used. People like ES want to use it as an ability to roll anybody. Tiberius seems to talk that way to, but it could just be talk. I've talked to other higherups that have said it's main purpose is to promote conversation, and that each member can decide for itself if they want to support other WOLF members.
If it is in fact the latter than it's great. If it will be abused for power than it's a different story.

Even the newest nations can figure it out, and since he complained out tech raiding than he should know in one the attackee gets to submit the peace offer otherwise the attacks keep coming.
I gave you a break. I offered your men peace last night and didn't attack you. I come back to see that all of you have attacked me (still out of anarchy mind you).
There will be no mercy anymore. Your men will burn. How long do you think your friend that entered this in bill lock will last? or you? or the guy that failed miserably at his spy attempt (here's a hint 50 is greater than 5)?

It's easy. ask for peace, offer peace, and you shall have peace. Until that happens you get no peace, it's your own stubbornness that's keeping you in war. I'll be the example, and since I know you haven't figured it out yet I'll let you in on a secret... I'm the guy you're fighting... Since you had your three friends attack me, I will offer them peace. you have to offer me it though. Swallow your pride.

Look, it's TE. don't take it so seriously. your words and disrespect pissed some people off so they attacked you. It's nothing against OB, they might be a great bunch of guys, who knows, we never talk to them. We've talked to you though and you've shown that you need to lighten up. Mayzie was drunk and the guy was waiting for Mayz to make a decision since you didn't got to him first, you rather had another member declare war. The guy who attacked you told Mayzie that he was attacked and he'd like 1 chance to fight the guy who attacked him... Mayz was then inactive for a while and the guy went to bed. You then come to Penedono and start the conversation that we're seeing now. Here's another tip: if you want peace ask the person you're actually ***** fighting. you didn't even PM him or offer peace. Why should you expect him to give it to you if you don't ask him or offer it?

if you weren't so rude we'd probably play nice. We're all in agreement that Penedono has so far been far more patient with you than anybody else would be, not only for TE, but for SE. Where do you get off thinking that threatening war when a simple can you please ask him to peace out is all that's needed will get you cooperation?
also, we welcome all to the party. We're already busy with 4 other alliances at the moment, so you may have to wait a little while for us to notice you, but it's not because we don't care

The last time an Orange alliance attacked another, it was GLOF, and we all know what happened there. It wasn't good for GLOF.
meh, I wasn't around back then, but it got us into OUT in the end. Which was something that we had been trying very hard to do but couldn't succeed at until we attacked TORN. We got moderate terms and a extension of friendship from OUT for being willing to defend our allies no matter what. We're stronger now than ever. I'd say it worked out just fine for us. If anything we're better for it.

I just started the game 5 days ago and love it. I have been reading and playing the fastest way I know possible. I currently have a small alliance with GGR. There are three of us in that alliance that personally know each other and are looking for a good powerful alliance to assist us in becoming better nations. Big or small we will join an alliance that has our ideas of self improvement in mind. We plan on becoming powerful not only in a dominating war aspect but in a technical, infrastructure, foreign, and domestic sense. Me myself needs assistance in any way I can such as financial, tech, and inf, But personally would like financial assistance so I can improve my nation to my high standards. Message me if you think you can help not only me become a strong and efficient nation but help your alliance become a more strong and efficient collective.TTYS
