    A Joint Announcement from the Realm and Echelon

    Good Evening.

    To put a long story short, Echelon and the Alliance of Powerful Penguinz, by virtue of merged government, have decided to cease fire and withdraw from each other's field. The former nations of APP have been given forty-eight hours to withdraw from the field, with either party becoming liable for compensatory damages should wars continue to be prosecuted past the aforementioned deadline.

    On behalf of Echelon, I'd like to thank-you all for the trying and difficult war you've fought alongside us. Though we no longer hold a piece of paper between us, our bond runs far deeper than any treaty could define. Echelon owes you a debt that can never be fully repaid (drinks are on the house for life!)

    To the Order of Darkness and Nemesis, thank-you for allowing this to happen. While I resolutely believe your continuation of the war was punitive in nature and served no strategic purpose, you have my thanks for coming to the peace table and ending this front of the war.

    Or are you stating that Echelon does not consider us to be at war despite the 700-pound MADP in the room?

    Let me turn it back on you, does Vox Populi consider itself in a state of war with Echelon? As far as I'm aware, and discounting the jibes made against you and your comrades for the pure hilarity your collective efforts made, Echelon has never officially addressed the Vox Populi problem.

    who declared on Echelon ? you declared on other alliance who were raised in defense of Ordo Verde. so you entered an offensive war. while the other declared on you in defense of the other alliance ,the difference is you are in an offensive war and the others are in defensive war.

    Let's see (apologies if I forget anyone): MA, RIA, TOP, TSO, Apocalypse, Assassins Order, APP, some other alliance I've forgotten. An no, we didn't enter into an aggressive war, please read my entry from earlier regarding the application of the One Vision treaty.

    by the way as i mentionoed above no where in the one vision treaty it's stated that the other members must go to the defense of a member who is in an offensive war.each time you read it carefully you see it's only a defensive pact.and yes if any alliance come to help of an lliance who is in an offensive war depending on their treaties it may be valid or invalid cause for the war.here the discussionis about the one vision treaty and according to it Echelon have no obligation to declare war against all the alliances who were in defensive fight with NPO .so the reason of war must be something else and I don't claim that i know The reason only the people who issued that declaration know the real reason.

    1- Echelon waged war against who came to defend Ordo Verde who was getting attacked without a declaration of War

    New Pacific Order Declaration of War on Ordo Verde. If your logic applies, then anyone who declared war on Echelon in support of the alliances that Echelon declared war on has a invalid cause for war.

    2- so it means NPO was the offender not defender

    I prefer aggressor. Offender implies crime, and Pacifica had a valid cause for war. Counter this argument as much as you like, I will remain resolute in this belief. I will also not dive into the argument about this cyber 'Karma' everyone is using.

    3&4- one vision treaty clearly says if one of the signatory getting attacked ,but nowhere in it i saw any line that mention if one of the signatory start an offensive war other signatory must go and help him.if in that offensive war they come under attack so you had no obligation against NPO they even had no valid reason to start the war.

    As I pointed our above, the casus belli provided by Pacifica is valid. Regarding Echelon's entry into the war, it was deemed that the allies of Ordo Verde attacking Pacifica constituted an attack on a member of One Vision as specified by the treatise. Some will claim it does not support 'chaining', some would say it does not specifically invalidate the defence of Pacifica by a third party. If you claim our entry is invalid, then you should also cast that argument upon other alliances.

    then you are claiming there is no rule in cyberworld .this claim clearly talk for itself "the sun is the reason of the existance of the sun"so if you believe there is no law in the cyberworld you clearly admit that you believed your treaty was not Valid at all and you entered the war for achieving other agenda ,that I don't claim I know what they are but here you admit your treaties were not the reason of the war.

    I'm afraid you'll have to rephrase your point here.

    i know there are other alliances that this argument is valid for like other alliances who entered the war on invalid argument of supporting NPO in its offensive war.

    Again, please rephrase.

    I wonder how many alliance echelon declared war on and still they want white peace? <_<

    and as I recall nobody attacked NPO this war started because NPO attacked another alliance.

    so let look at article 4.1 which you claim that made you involvement in the war legitimate it say

    " Should any signatory come under attack, it is mandatory all signatories come to the assistance of the attacked. "

    but we now NPO didn't come under attack they attacked other alliances so others come to protect OV against an invader.then every body very easily can see that nowhere in your treaty it came if any body have obligation to assist an invader. but you decided to assist them .

    so any sane mind can conclude that you had other agenda rather than honoring your treaty because the text of your treaty is clear on the matter that you will go to help in defense if they get attacked ,but NPO were the offender not defender and no Law on earth could held you to that treaty.

    1) Echelon declared war on those who attack Pacifica herself, not Ordo Verde.

    2) Pacifica declared war on Ordo Verde and were met by Declarations of War by Ordo Verde's allies.

    3) Echelon is bound by the One Vision treaty to defend Pacifica in the event it comes under attack (see item two above).

    4) Regardless of who incited the conflagration, we are bound to defend Pacifica (see item three above).

    Son, I want you to get it straight. There are no laws here in the Cyberworld. If you hold Echelon to the argument you presented, then there are many other alliances you should harassing.
