Your name is self-contradicting. "Democratic Order" meaning let the people have say yet there is a government and a hierarchy. Then "of Anarchy" which means the belief of no government. So the people joining are Anarchists that are joining an Alliance with a governmental hierarchy thus defeating the point of being an Anarchy.
