Once upon a time in a planet far, far, far away the Incorporated City-States of Brengstklau asked the Global Democratic Alliance for a protectorate agreement. The GDA decided that this love between the two alliances should prosper and grow so they accepted this protectorate agreement then attended a nice black-tie to celebrate the fact that their food was slightly less radioactive than before. So I present to you the protectorate.

We only canceled the Ring Cycle. We still have other treaties with the NPO.

So, after deciding to cancel The Ring Cycle the Global Democratic Alliance felt that they did not have enough of the sexsi beasts over at the MCXA like KingED, Gopherbashi, and of course Dr. Fresh. So we decided together that we would sign a MDoAP between the two. And yes this is just to confuse more people as to who GDA and MCXA is aligned to. So I present the treaty: PS. *This Treaty is suspended until MCXA's terms expire.

It is always a sad time when allies must part ways. Unfortunately, we at the Global Democratic Alliance feel that it is necessary to cancel and thereby dissolve The Ring Cycle as said time period has elapsed. This does not cancel any other treaties we have with the NPO. We are glad to announce the new government of the Global Democratic Alliance. The election was close the candidates were both well qualified, and good opponents. But a winner must arise, and unfortunatley there will be disappointments but the beauty is they can always try again. In all three treaties I see not ONE government member is in today's government. You say that we haven't changed but yet we have you are just to engrossed in you old twisted, and bitter ways to notice anything.
