Council of Dover is an alliance built on princaples of bringing nations together in cooperatism, whether the nation be a slavedriving regime where there is one entity controlling all, a society built with ideas of one social class, or a free state which promotes nothing but total control over who runs the nation to the people; all are welcome in times of good and bad. Council of Dover is focused to build a global brotherhood, where none are left out unless they have truly demonstrated that they have no commitment to the cause. This brotherhood is based on simple, neutral ideas that are simply based on improving the world of CyberNations. The union is basically a set of alliances who have decided to create a bond and practise cooperatism with eachother. If you feel you are a great leader, there is good news.
