He is defining success by the Alliance Scoring system for CN:TE, which vastly weights nation existence over any quality measurement. IMHO, next round changes are needed for alliance scoring. Maybe: - Nations under 1000 NS contribute 0 to alliance score - Nations in anarchy contribute 25% only - Overall NS needs much more weight than existence. If anything good can come out of the awful EE situation with UN alliance, this could be it. Fish

This is quite possibly, the worse leadership decision I've seen in CN:TE... Someone should message UN Top 5 and let them know their AA was just thrown under the bus by their former leader. Fish

Sethly, are you really serious? Have you checked what NAAW raiding policy has done to the NAAW alliance and her allies? Before you comment on what Blackwater "was..." you might want to check on what NAAW "is..." Fish

If you paid close attention to the leader board at the beginning of Round 3, you would have noticed an alliance called Team United Xenomorph (TUX). TUX was only ten nations, but had the highest Average Nation Strength. “Team United” representing a highly coordinated and active alliance, and “Xenomorph” of Aliens origin for strange or alien form. Then, TUX morphed and were simply gone. Gone into Genesis. Genesis became a small, but high average NS alliance. This Round has become a web of MDPs, MAoDP, NAP, and ABCDEs. In the spirit of fun and to keep things interesting, it’s time for TUX to morph again. TUX thanks Genesis, and welcomes all members to join TUX in the next morph. We will show you the special button to click ;-) Lafayette Escadrille (LE) is an alliance that shares our Team United approach to CN:TE. They learned of our approach early in the Round when they experienced first-hand an update blitz we performed on them. After the blitz, their leader this Round (Hat in the Ring aka daddyAGW) negotiated an end to the blitz, without seeking the last attack, and protected his alliance NS. I think it took six PMs in the game and about 10 minutes! As it turned out, we even have become friends with great respect for each other. We have much in common, including alliances with RL friends, gaming groups outside of CN, and respect for strong air power! Their alliance name pays homage to American volunteer Fighter pilots fighting in WWI that fought under the colors of the French in the War. Today, we pay homage to Lafayette Escadrille in this Round with our coming morph, the second of this round. Will it be the final? I guess six weeks will tell… Fish

We have to admit you dazzled us with your coordination. For example, the night we hit you, each of your eight nations collected taxes 4 minutes apart. Like clockwork! Also, when counter attacking, it was consistently one nation, then the next, then the next... Do you use IRC to gain that level of sequentiality? Why don't you peace out and delete your eight nations and recreate one and have fun! Fish

Two alliances with the highest average nation strength join forces for mutual defense! Mutual Defense Agreement: Article 1 – Sovereignty Both signatories acknowledge that the other signatory is its own body and therefore will not take any action whatsoever to threaten the sovereignty of either signatory ever. Article 2 – Non-aggression Both signatories promise to not act aggressive towards each way, either directly or indirectly. This includes but is not limited to: attacks on each other; abusive communications; and helping outside alliances to gain an advantage over either signatory. Article 3 – Mutual Defence An attack on one signatory will be viewed as an attack on the other, in which case the other signatory will defend until such time as the threat has been eliminated or the attacked signatory requests the other to stand down. Article 4 - Tech Raiding Both alliances agree that tech raiding is detrimental towards the growth of each alliance. Hence, each alliance agrees not to tech raid the other one, and promises to make sure any raiding situations are immediately rectified. Members from each alliance will be notified that raiding the other's AA will not be tolerated and will be dealt with quickly and severely. Article 5 – Espionage Both signatories agree that neither will conduct acts of espionage against each other. If any information is found regarding the security of either signatory then that information must be given to the signatory that it relates to, no exceptions. Article 6- Cancellation To terminate this treaty, the terminating party must give 48 hours notice, and Article 2 will remain active for another 48 hours after the treaty is terminated.
