I would like to receive foreign aid. about a month or so ago my nation as randomly attacked by a user who: "Wanted to try out the war function in the game." I had to borrow millions from my alliance to get back to where i was. Any aid you might be able to help me with, so i could repay those who helped me in my time of struggle would be greatly appreciated.
