The nuke screen says it takes 24 hours after declaring war before you can nuke a target, but all three times i've nuked people it took a little extra time. the last time i DOWed at 12:43 AM game time, but was unable to nuke until 1:07 AM game time the next day (when it should have been at 12:43 again)! How DARE the admin allow my victims and extra few minutes of radiation free living! The audacity. Unbelievable. :angry:
