Aren't you 1V Max? I think it may be a bit unwise for you to advocate certain foreign policy positions, especially in a thread with this amount of volitility.
the alliance I am in is yes, however I am allowed to keep and have my own public opinions in my alliance, we have freedom of speech in the mcxa.

Heh. The person kicked out of GGA was considering putting GGA on a path away from the NPO and its allies. A major alliance switching "sides" affects pretty much everyone.
gga is not a major alliance.. was once, but not anymore.
they're like an addicted person needing their next fix of NPO, and it would appear one person can not get an addicted alliance off the NPO drug :lol:

I suggested this last round and it was not changed, now that we are down to 60 day rounds, this would be the best thing to do, I say 3 day wars, you can war and move on. 7 days is a waste of time..
considering that a 7 day war is now 11% of the round.

OOC: The Forums are legally owned by Ololiqui since he paid for them. If we wanted to take them down we could have done that legally, I assume that was mentioned before. We have heard the "OMG TSO HACKED MCXA" rumors before, and we'd like the offending party to either come up with evidence or stay quiet in this matter.
We have offered the MCXA help multiple times, and we are glad that they have their Forums back again.
IC: I have received "OMG WHY AREN'T YOU SENDING THE AID" PM's. We are not sending the aid, because MCXA wants us to start on the 15th. If they want to start now, we can send it now, they just need to leave me a message.
The aid has to be organized by the MoF, its not exactly easy organizing these things without a forum. and now that we got it back we need to get that department organized.
ooc response: There are free softwares that work just as good as ipb. and if you guys at tso had hacked the forum, I'm sure this thread would be replaced by DoW's anyways... and a few game bannings.. so lets just let it go

MCXA will come back next quarter for discussions with TOP and TSO for another bailout package
We will have no accountability of where the money went either just like the big 3 automakers

to help the time line of understanding
I got told about this on the 15th late evening pacific time, by a member of mcxa.
so on the 15th of feb, the rumors started on this. By the 16th they knew they had to act.
Many members of the mcxa are hurt by these events, people you think you can trust as loyal members up and pull something like this..
Should Top be held accountable, sure they should, only to their treaty and bloc partners, and that's it. The question about TOP is this, did they violate any of their treaties in doing this. If yes, they should be held accountable, if not, then let it alone.
As for TSO, Their plan was planned out, and it was premeditated, weeks or months in advance to slip one at a time out quietly. TFS and Valashu were supposed to be the first ones. they left on the 11th.. Sam had quietly announced he was stepping down as co-chancellor on the 12th but he would stay a few more days and then make an announcement.. That to me clearly says, I'm planning to betray my alliance when your working on a mass exit strategy to work out over time.
When the plan broke wide open on the 16th they all still ran for government, none of them withdrew from elections, that would also conclude they wanted to do as much damage as possible, by laying waste to the high council, and to the many departments. One in their right mind would say, if your going to leave you should resign from elections. They did not. very few resignations from government actually happened.
The Lessons to our alliance and many others is this, do not allow one person in your alliance to become indispensable, or irreplaceable, or do all the work and have no one else left to do the work. The deputy of a department should be just as good as the department head, the many members working in that department should be able to function without having a department leader directly over top of it. Never allow people to stay in government for extended periods of time unless they know when to quit. While it sounds great to be a leader or department head forever, alliances should think about that.
That is all I have to say on this.

I would like to point out that TSO was the majority of the MCXA government. So they were speaking on behalf of 2/3 parties involved.
TSO does not speak for MCXA in no way shape or form. our new Co-Chancellors shall do that.

Good luck in pulling through this MCXA after the government decided to go AWOL. After this showing, you're probably better off without them.
