When FARK does make themselves known it's in hilarious fashion. FARK announcements are the best. Also people thinking Superfriends is all serious business is silly because RIA is a signatory.

Well if we're talking real treaties strictly speaking I'd say ODN and their ties to C&G are a bit odd to me still.
One that would really, really take me by surprise and having me go what the <blank> would be TOP/Polaris.

The CoC is hoping RoK gets aggressive with SF so that Graemlins has to enter on their side. It's the only reason why I see them not declaring on RoK. I hope Graemlins aren't so dumb to fall for such false bait.

STA still has, for now, an individual treaty with NSO and now an MDoAP with NpO. Also NpO/NSO have dissolved Frostbite to now have an MDP together. I don't see how this is the 2nd CoC. That tinfoil hat is hilarious considering the history of the GGA.

Yes, VE would. It took so long for a war like Karma to start because the NPO took that long to pick a fight with one of VE's allies.
But everyone knew that the odds heavily favored karma when NPO/TORN declared. Until that point it would be suicide to just charge in with just VE/OV had things progressed to the side of the Hegemony. My whole point is that war is planned based on the balance of treaties. Which honestly I think the balance of treaties right now is why TPF allies are sitting and waiting. They don't know anything else other than waiting for the cards to fall unto their favor. Which I understand why they're doing it; I just don't agree with it. IMO there's no gray area it's support or break the treaty because you care about your stats.

You are misunderstanding, That IRON holds this treaty is relavent in context of the current war, The treaty was not relevant when determining if there was a cause to attack TPF. Who your friends are does not change (or at least shouldn't) weather or not something is a valid cause for attack.
So you're saying that VE would go to war even if the odds are stacked against them in terms of treaty balance if you were wronged*? Would you not consider the people in your alliance and the likelihood of your alliance's survival in that situation? Sure you were wronged, but sometimes it really is best to live to fight another day.
If you say yes to fighting against the wrong doers, I'm going to save myself some time here and ask the rhetorical question now, then why did it take so long for a war like Karma War to start?
*No need to mention the Green Civil War.

What? So you think its impossible for somebody to ever hold any opinion on only one alliance? They must also hold an identical opinion on all their allies?
I hate to break it to your ego, but really, this isn't about you or your alliance, its about TPF and what TPF did. The fact that you hold a treaty with them is irrelevant to those events.
It's completely relevant that TPF holds a treaty with IRON if it's a mutual defense. The precedent is if someone declares on your MDP partner, even if they ignited the war, you go in and aid them with battling their adversary, or cancel the treaty. Sadly, more often it's the latter rather than the former.

We're independent, in my time it meant neutral.
IRON hasn't been neutral for a LONG time.

You know things would be a lot more interesting if people just didn't talk and just did what they want to do. This goes for both sides. If you want war have at it. Call it a preemptive counter strike against TPF allies or giving military support to your allies. Just please have at it. This whole back and forth between sides is tiring and redundant.
@ the large mess above this. Doitzel being a protectorate of VE doesn't mean that if VE goes with RoK that Doitzel has to fight too. Knowing enough about Doitzel tells me that he would declare war in support of VE. However, that doesn't mean Doitzel has a direct tie to RoK. Also did you miss the entire point of the creation of Zero Hour? Allegedly the point of the Alliance was to intentionally have the alliance fold into Athens to get intelligence. That is called spying it has been condoned and used as a CB for numerous wars.
Also I'd like to say that spying is pointless unless there is a real threat of war otherwise most stuff said in the back rooms is all the same. It's general chatter of people talking and people saying oh yeah I don't like <x> alliance lets roll them. Does that mean it happens? No. We all don't like certain alliances and say we want to see them burn, but actually coming up with a plot to spy is different. I would say in a preventative measure that stomping out the conspiracy to commit spying, and specifically in this plot treason if ZH went through with the plot, is entirely more legit than most CBs used by any war including the Illuminati war.

I see SCMs 'threat' more like a way of calling NSO on their empty threats they made publically, indeed a reaction to NSO threatening CSN.
What's with this backing of NSO? They can expect someone to react when they're threatening others all over the place. But when NSO gets called out, they need protection?
It comes off to me as the little bully that has plenty of jaw when facing someone of near-equal or inferior strength, but calls for the help of his big brother when he meets someone who is stronger than him.
It's not really a calling out at all that SCM doing. If so he's doing a really poor job of it. No one is protecting NSO here because I doubt NSO really NEEDS anyone to protect them. On the other hand does CSN really need SCM to be making this topic to state that he, as an ally, that he would support them if NSO made good on their threat?
SCMs only call out has no base as there is no hard evidence of what he claims to be true (which mind you is really defaming to the characters, OOC and IC, of any member of NSO). Does his "call out" have some merit? Possibly. If you're going to call someone out it's sure a lot more interesting when you just do what you're calling out. Want to know why? It makes a statement with a lot more impact.

Hey I'm not saying that NSO shouldn't do the same. But it's really asinine to veil a threat as an opinion then try to say you aren't making threats. If SCMazter wants to destroy NSO he should just do it. He just sounds opportunistic and will hop on the bandwagon when someone else gets on the lets war NSO and starts conducting the train.

Of course we can't *prove* it was NSO, however the timing of our debating in the other discussion, the spamwar, and the general antics of youwish, I think, that more or less proves it.

Match up the times on my comp, with the irc discussion, timestamps quoted here, etc - it all happened around around the same 1-1.5 hours.
Considering that NSO has just threatened CSN for an OOC action, pertetrated by a single individual, we - the Dark Fist, are none too pleased with youwish or whoever else it was from the New Sith Order, who requested on a popular imageboard, and bumped the topic with pornography, asking that porn and gore be spammed on our forums.
Furthermore, I think the New Sith Order should be destroyed.

You have absolutely nothing that proves it was NSO or a member of NSO that posted said messages. You only have your own assumptions and conclusions.
Also if you want NSO destroyed do something about it. Don't just sit there. If you're going to sit there please just shut up and don't make empty threats because then this is just pointless.
