Open General staff places are also decided by sitting General staff. Article III WARS Article III,I Tech Raids - Tech raids are allowed by permission of General staff - Allowed nations that are members of none alliance - Tech raid must be stop if nation who being attack surrenders and accepts terms of peace that General staff or Hauptmann have given. Article III,II KPJ Nr.27 nation under attack KPJ Nr.27 nation under attack. Everyone has duty to aid nation under attack Financial / Military. Nations in range of attacker must decleare war to attack and force him to accept peace terms and pay war reparations to nation that has suffered losses in war.
