That'd have to be answered by Moo, I don't know if it was merely just a mediating move or if it was thrown from Moo. I'm leaning towards it was just a mediating move to push a legit offer.
Regardless as was written just a couple lines down, OV said they were maintaining there stance. Which ultimately was a terrible decision.
Bad decision on your part you mean? We are already hearing that you rushed to get peace after declaring war once realising the mistake you had made.

Don't think your the only alliance in this situation. Last I checked it wasn't just the Orders, IRON and GGA still at war with GOONs.

So what parts are we missing then? You attacked OV because a member accepted a SS from BC, but then when the question is raised how you came about this information despite it being a private query it is met with silence.

I don't think there is much point in questioning TORNs DOW, they would of come in at some stage anyway. I guess if anything then it let them see how NPO really felt about them.

Nope. If I told you I definitely had my facts 100% correct I'd be lying. The only ones to have their facts straight would be Moo for his end and OV's representatives and instigators.
To reiterate my earlier posts, war was certainly not a first option. Peaceful negotiations were attempted for days, and were purposefully delayed. In no way did negotations begin last night and then all of a sudden NPO declares war. This was a week long process in which the NPO War Machine was forced to action.
From the logs leaked on tattler it would seem the whole reason for war was because an OV member 'knowlingly' accepted a SS from a Blackstone Collusion member about your war chest requirements.

If they are going to hold OV accountable, shouldn't they be held accountable themselves? Even if they didn't ask for the proof and someone just gave it to them, its the same situation.

I'm glad to hear it about the channels. Still I don't like that a VE government member was sent to speak on behalf of your alliance.
Just want to ensure you understand that duffy is OV government, and to also raise the point of Bigwoody and mhawk speaking for NPO on the whole 'spying' issue throughout the logs posted on the tattler. Unless i am mistaken it is only towards the end we see NPO speaking for NPO.

seeing as the war is only lasting 1 turn anyway it would be a bad decision by Nod to actually declare on NSO. They will be able to provide much more help in recovery aid rather than sending there nations to destruction.

While kudos has to be given to VE for doing what is right by them, I think listing specific behaviours that do not reach VE's standards required of an ally in the same post as announcing treaty cancellations is pretty poor form. I think it would've taken real balls to either give specific reasons or resist the urge to allude to them and go private channels FTW.
Still, I hope this ends well.

I personally do not support or like people who technology raid small nations, this is my personal point of view, this is also something that GOONz and \M/ always did, I am glad that they are gone.
Also you do know what this means, anyone that has the allaince tag NONE will now jump to the red sphere, also you have nothing to stop your members from raiding active none nations ? just another way to force people out of the game.

I think you forgot to include neutral alliances (GPA) signature in it. Unless they don't vote and aren't included?
GPA arent included in any of the miltary aspects of the UJA (such as team sponsored protectorate), due to them being neutral and all, so therefore do not take part in the voting.

I thought last night, maybe it is a sad sign of what Green has come to when all the signatories to this are MDP partners. What made the old 'Sphere of Win' so, um, 'win', was its diversity, as well as the excellent trading conditions. Getting rid of OG, Grämlins and GUN, and emasculating GPA, will be hard to recover from.
Are you suggesting that OG, Gramlins and GUN were forced from the green team? Or am i just misunderstanding your point.

I don't have the logs as im in no govt position, however ive heard a few say this is what happened. However, seeing as we don't have logs we can bench it for now.
However, I would still say you made a very bad decision in declaring on OV.
