Alternate updates are kinda cool as things can be fairly fluid, one in the am and one in the pm would be interesting and hey, its not like we dont have people all over the world playing. I keed. So how long before NpO is sanctioned again? I say 7.5 months.

Shouldnt NpO be losing strength instead of slowly growing?.........and they keep losing nations but there numbers dont decline? Whats up with that? They are like having to pay everybody yes? I dont get it.
