I once had two events with -2 happiness each One event with a citizen count -8% and a -10% land it was horrible and my economy is still in the crapper. Mostly due to my ridiculously high infra bills.

No it's not sprout Because really I'd like to return to TFD. And I mean I'd like to be able to re-apply for membership. Which means I need permission to view the boards I can't see. But seriously, TFD is one of the best alliances OUT THERE. And they don't have you take some stupid exam to join the alliance.
