is anyone that surprised?! since when can we expected NOV to conduct themselves with dignity and restraint :lol: , i suppose we should be thankful that peace has prevailed however.

Megavolt: Your comment regarding the last alliance being, was that in regards to the ICP reformation war? if so can you please outline what made that war acceptable and not for 'no reason'? or are you blowing a lot of hot air mate?

My point is: There doesn't have to be a reason for war. Basically this was just a bigger tech raid. And why does an alliance with like 10k NS announce itself anyway? They don't have to wonder if they are not taken seriously - and since everyone checks their nations after such an announcement they see tasty tech raid targets that are nearly unprotected.

In addition: Why not attack them simply for being communists? If they want protection they have to be better organized.

My comment about the ICP or communistic alliances in general was about their obvious of organization. They tend to be not nearly as effective as "normal" alliances. At least that's the impression I got so far - I would be really happy for the NWF if they could prove me wrong.

I don't really see a reason for critizism in the first place. What's wrong with attacking an unprotected alliance? They are such a tasty target for some tech raids

In addition, communism (IC of cause) is just made of fail. The ICP has pretty much proven it.

But: The NWF has really shown some class here. Nice statement, peaceful, no hate, no "YOU ARE TEH BAD OMG" crying (we all remember the last alliance that got under attack for "no reason" ).

So its very fair of NoV to honour the surprisingly positive way of a leftist alliance presenting itself and to give the chance for peace.
