    Francesca, I don't suppose you care about my opinion, but I give it freely anyway.

    I don't know you, or particularly respect you, but as a humanitarian, I have sympathy for someone who is so hell-bent on their point of view that they will run into the same brick wall, over and over again.

    I beseech you, this is not an argument you can win, whether you are truly right or not, it doesn't matter.

    You are destroying yourself here, and I know you will state you don't care, but you do, or you wouldn't fight the battle to begin with.

    Save face, walk away with your head held high. And after time away, if you decide to come back, you will make your life easier then by walking away now.

    I would just insult you and be aggressive, but I actually respect you, so I'll refrain from that. All I will say is that given that I'm going to be dead after this is all over, I have no reason to want attention anyway. Contrary to popular belief, that's not why I made this announcement. I have one more thread in mind before I die, I'll probably be called an attention seeker in that too, but my motives lie elsewhere.

    If you aren't after attention, and intend to leave here, one could easily question your continued posting here, defending yourself.

    What does your reputation matter if you are gone?

    What drew you to your alliance?The personal relationships I have with those in SSX, also the decidedly different nature of SSX politics.

    Why have you stayed in your alliance, what makes it better (in your mind) than maybe a larger alliance?Again, the personal relationships, they drew me back to SSX, from a much larger alliance. Also, the chance to play a larger role in the decisions and politics.

    Why, in your opinion, do people "hop" alliances?Being one of the most prominent Alliance-Hoppers, at least of those I know of <_< I suppose it's that I'm looking for something in an alliance. And I am not willing to compromise, I will find it. And finally, I believe I have.

    What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?Somebody's Mother. Can't say whose.

    If you are pleased with yourselves, $%&@ the haters. No one made them read the thread.

    For those claiming to teach LBA a lesson or something out of this, you are entirely missing the point. I see something like this a reminder to us all that LBA still exists, more than bragging about their "milestone."

    Many alliances have grown well by playing the PR game right.

    You know what would be even better? We should wear our costumes on IRC. Just think of the panic that would ensue.

    This would inevitably cause another Great War.

    Maybe a war with no sides? We could call it the free for all war and suspend all treaties? Make it a goal to have every nation in the game involved?
