^This. When I see a new wonder being added I'm like, damn, I cant wait to get me one of those. You say that you must wait to buy wonders, but if you have all of the improvements, you should already be buying the first couple, like the SM and SSS.

Buy factories first and buy infra, then buy the banks and collect backtaxes. You really dont need to keep any barracks.

Wouldn't cash raiding be the same as tech raiding?

Buy infra and buy improvements. Fill up slots with tech deals.

Did you get a validation e-mail? Anyways, it wont hurt you to wait a day or two, just dont collect taxes.
