There is no reason to get worked up. All situations are being handled by Cosa Nostra and the IR privately. The reason the war screens are still full is because the IR is very inactive compared to Cosa Nostra. Peace has been offered by all members. If there was a problem you were not hearing about, the Imperial Republic would make it known. Relations are getting better every passing moment between the two alliances.
