    (also, rakari, I never got a chance to say a simple "Hi Rakari," so here it is anyway.... HI RAKARI! Please, don't be sad for us, after all, we've moved on and grown up quite well, and just like corporal and ovide et. all said, the Legion is under our guidance now, and we wish to be judged by our current actions :) )

    Wow. "An irrelevant former member". Thanks, that really means a lot. It's nice to know your history means nothing to you and all the work those of us put forth (aka 2 hours of sleep a night during GW2 because no other government members were around) is now just dust. Now maybe you can understand how those of us who would have died for the original spirit of Legion feel about you.

    If it weren't for me and the other "irrelevant former member" you so generously referred to, Legion would have died in GWII... well before we tried to put her out of her misery.

    Rakari, she's not yours to put out of misery. A mother who leaves her kid on the street to die has no right to turn around and scornfully point fingers at the adult the child has become. This was a unanimous decision led by LEGIONNAIRES, and you gave up that title long ago.

    Also, while I'm excited about the Legion growing, I really hope we can continue to see our friends in valhalla racing towards sanction with us! :wub: Valhalla

    In addition to what my alliance mates have told you, I want to further enforce the fact that our alliance has an immense history in CN, and we have grown past adversity both externally and internally since early 2006. Surviving and thriving after over 3 years on Planet Bob shows that even in the bleakest of times, our leadership and membership have dedicated their nations to seeing the Legion through to the other side.

    And another thing; the elections that we hold regularly are not popularity contests. We (as the general membership) intensely scrutinize the candidates nominated for the positions, holding formal debates over IRC, hosting question and answer sessions, putting up polls on hot-topic issues to get the general memberships opinions and see what our leadership have to say on the matter.

    Also, if you're interested in participating in spam contests with friendly alliances, discussing tough issues items in RL, or just screwing around on some forum games, our public lounge is perfect for that.
