    True, but then again, the international law doesn't take into account many of the variables of war and rarely punishes the "winner" of a war.

    If my Commanding Officer ever issued me an order informing me to inform my subordinates to commit acts that I knew were wrong and did not follow the R.O.E., or any treaty act, ie. Geneva Conventions, then I would not issue such an order. They can say whatever they want to me, but I know what is right. Plus, this attitude towards good orders and not so good orders got me to O-4 so I'm not complaining.

    Though I see where you're coming from, I personally do not wish that form of attack on any nation. I personally believe that wiping an entire city off the map is that much better than exterminating a bunch of people. I mean, the numbers are not even close to being the same, but how can one really measure evil?
