Communiqué of the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium
The Kingdom of Belgium would like to announce the end of Belgian colonial rule over the port of Cape Town and the handover of the souvereignty that will take place on Februari 1.
From that day on will the Cape Town area be a part of the Republic of Transvaal. Still.. the Kingdom kindly requests that Belgian vessels can use this vital port at a lower price, since Cape Town is vital for our trade and colonies in the Far East and the Pacific)

The Kingdom of Belgium kindly requests that our neutrality will be honoured, because the danger exists that our borders may be violated since we share territory with some of the nations at war.
Please note that the borders may seem somewhat confusing as some German-speaking communities are Belgian territory as well (notably the towns and villages of Amel, Büllingen, Burg-Reuland, Bütgenbach, Eupen, Kelmis, Lontzen, Raeren, Sankt Vith and Weismes).

The Kingdom of Belgium agrees with the idea of the Ruler of Kanosia, Seloth, of establishing a International Court for the Cyberverse and is even willing to host it when it is officialy created.
The Kingdom is a neutral country that always tries to uphold international law (as well as a loyal member of a neutral alliance) , and as such we have no reason to use it for political influence.

The Kingdom is proud to announce that the nation is going to adopt a national anthem. It will be known as the Song of Brabant (La Brabançonne) and it will be sung in French (as for now the language of the majority of the population), Official Flemish and German versions are currently being considered. The official lyrics have been provided along with a recording.

On behalf of my nations' government I can declare that the Kingdom of Belgium will enjoy full neutrality based on it's slight dislike for all parties involved.
Still it would like to advise those involved to open up negotiations about a diplomatic settlement in order to avoid unneccesary bloodshed.

I would recommend you join an alliance for a while, and who knows you may like it there.

After the counting the outcome is to be expected at December 3.

The Kingdom of Belgium would like to announce the end of Belgian colonial rule over the port of TiÄnjÄ«n in China and a willingness to offer it as a concession port to the Republic of Transvaal. The Kingdom will focus it's Far Eastern trade with China using the other Belgian-held concession port of Shanghai.
In return, the Kingdom wishes to receive the exclusive rights for it's businesses to resume their work in Cape Town at a lower tax rate.
