If anyone has information about people creating several accounts we expect to get informed of it.

OOC: As a note, if this part is a problem with the mods I will removed it for the sake of this thread. I interpreted it differently than Starfox, but I realise it can be seen from other directions.
As long as there's no more mentionings of Mod Bias the thread should be fine.
