If we lose, Baka gets humiliated. If they lose, Bambi gets humiliated. Is there a way we can both lose?

How about we just leave it like that?

[s]Both of you can die in a fire.[/s] It's not your fault. I blame Ego and Red. :mad:

I actually agree with you, for the most part. While I disagree with Brehon's performance in the last war (re: "I don't agree with this but I'm going to enable it!"), it was pleasing to see him being the one making the decision (at least in public, who knows what is actually happening in the background, though I tend to think he was actually the decision maker from my one conversation I've had with him) and taking the flack for it.

It's quite simple, really. Brehon has a trusted corps of advisers (of which I'm one). Sometimes he goes with his gut, and sometimes he listens to his advisers when they tell him not to. I can't imagine this is a shock to anyone.

Things fall apart. The center cannot hold.
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.

The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
The worst certainly are full of passionate intensity these days, eh?

Prepare for anarchy to be loosed upon the world.
