The race is to 3.5 and considering you both have over a million strength to go I expect this to be a long race. To both alliances best of luck.

If I understand correctly you are now an alliance with no allies what so ever because your former FM canceled them all. IMO you need to get on IRC and find a protectorate.

I wouldn't call it underhanded all Browncoats had to do was cancel their MDP with GATO. But part of me applauds the story of one friend doing his best to help another friend the way they did it was just bad.

I suspected that this war was staged. It seemed really weird from the start. The speed of your Zzzptm's response in Schat's thread was almost absurd.
I thought this myself from the very beginning, various Browncoat members seem to confirm this.

From the MCXA perspective this may not be a sign of war to come, this NAP was signed by the ASC and MCCF that was carried over to MCXA when they merged. As for spies and ASC I sense no such thing but the ASC has been giving one of the MCXA members a hard time.
But as I said earlier the shroud of the dark side has fallen and we can no longer tell friend from foe.

Logs and information I have seen tell me they where forming a coalition of various alliances yet the number of alliances wishing to destroy themselves was non-existent. Unless I'm wrong and the shroud of the dark side has hidden everyones true intentions.

It wasn't spying it involved breaking surrender terms in regards to Chris Kaos, also this announcement was expected the ball is in "others" court.

I said no, the reason is even if their allies helped them their total strength wouldn't equal half of the continuum. To me a great war needs a 100 alliances all fighting it out.

Horrible for us is what he means a -.57 for the MCXA but it was expected.

Today our number is up due to increased military spending so we are the biggest gainers but tomorrow(Saturday) look for us to be one of the biggest losers after we had several large nations pack their bags.

As per your instructions if a alliance drops below 10 they will be dropped will the Legion and TDO be removed from the list or due to unusual circumstances will those 2 be overlooked.

Every alliance will suffer the same loss, more or less. The top 12 will still be top 12 but the question is who will be the biggest loser and will anyone break even.

Does anyone know exactly how much alliance strength a gain of .01 would equal?

They have gowned at least since then it was a 5 member team and now it's 10 so best of luck to those guys......they'll need it.

For GATO they should remain on the list as long as there are still sanctioned, in the future if they drop below the drop line and loose their sanction(no longer in bold) then they should be dropped from the list.
