MESSAGE: begin: Greetings from the Southern Tang Empire! After an embarrassing spectacle during the Hae Da Fung fiasco, the Southern Tang has started a diplomatic outreach. We wish to reach an agreement with nations across the world, including the Imperial Union. We offer a NAP to the Imperial Union, and is very interested in hearing your venerable response. Our signature is here: For the Southern Tang Empire, Li Shikai, Secretary of Foreign Affairs PREAMBLE: In the common interest of promoting world peace, the Imperial Union and Southern Tang Empire agree to sign the following treaty:ARTICLE I: The Imperial Union and Southern Tang Empire agree to respect the sovereignty of the other. Neither will violate it nor support a third party violating it. ARTICLE II: In event of cancellation, one week's notice should be given. OOC: Reminds me of a model un resolution. The assembly was so torn the only things ratified was the preamble, the first clause underlining the goals of the resolution, and the cancellation clause.
