Engineer Saldana was starting to look better. The conclusion of Phase 01 meant that he could focus more on finishing phase 02. Although all the planes specified in Phase 01 were complete only the SH-60 and MH-60 had been completed. Half of the requirement was completed for the AH-1Z and AH-64. The CH-53E was looking slightly better and the current total stood at 50. He then picked up his phone. He waited some ten seconds until it finally rang and then he answered. He had become quite proficient at predicting when the phone calls would come.

"Begin with Phase 03?" he asked.

"Yes, how did you know?" the voice asked.

"I had a feeling," he said glumly. The phone clicked off and he then looked back down at his PDA. This job was so tiring for him.

Phase 02 had been completed that the construction firms went straight into Phase 03. This was where production would really escalate. The entire complex had been built to support the building of fighters. By the time Saldana had to check in for his group they had manufactured 40 F-22's that were counted alongside U.R.P.R.'s existing fighters which were integrated into ISAF. 60 F-35's had been produced and were now being stored for shipment. 100 Su-37's were finished and parked awaiting deployment. 20 of each variant of F/A-18 had also been made and were ready for deployment. There were also 30 A-10s completed. Saldana suddenly felt like his goal was coming closer.

That was until the call came in upping the build quota for the F/A-18's to 60 each, as well as producing 20 more A-10s and 100 more Su-37s.

**2 Weeks After Construction Began**

"Greetings, Mr. Besrodio," began what would soon be the most demanding conversation President Claudio has yet to engage in.

"Ah, Mr. President! So good to hear from you. What can I do for you?"

"Well, it's actually about those tanks that I'm having your company make for us. Turns out I'll need more than I had originally thought."

"That shouldn't be any problem, Mr. President. How many more are you thinking?"

"You may want to take a seat for this." After a pause, the President continues, "We'll need a total of 1000, and we've got 5 months."

"..." Mr. Besrodio is silent on the other end.

"Of course, money is no object. I am certain we will be able to finance this project, so work in good faith. You are working for the government. Hell, you're on a direct line with the President! That should tell you how important this is."

"Mr. President, I don't think there's any way we can produce that many in that amount of time! We simply don't have the manpower and--"

"I anticipated this. We'll be sending over a few thousand people from the National Guard Reserves. I want that factory running twenty-five hours a day, because that's the only way we'll meet this quota. Get a cup of coffee. You'll be needing it."

The fires of the Goug Machine Shop in Garland were turned up to allow for more metal to be processed in the furnaces. Mr. Besrodio, the president and foreman of the machine shop grabs a cup of espresso and sits in the manager's office. As new workers pour into the factory by the hundreds, he grabs the intercom and starts directing their efforts.

This is gonna be a long day...

"Man, we're really pumping these tanks out a lot. And these new guys don't seem to be regular workers. You think we're going to war?"

"With who? Who the hell would bother us all the way out here? If anything, we're just building up our defense force in case some a^*h%$e tries anything stupid. You're just worrying over nothing."

"I guess, but Mr. Besrodio got another call today. I think it was from the President. He locked his door and closed the blinds and everything, so it must've been important. I'm just hoping that those reserve guys don't decide to take over our positions in management."

"Is that what this is about? Dude, we've already shipped out 200 tanks. We're doing an awesome job, and there's no way the boss would replace us."

"I suppose... Wanna go get some coffee later?"

As of this date, 200 M1 Tanks have been produced. The factory is running full-time, and the army reserve workers have pretty much replaced the Goug Machine Shop's normal work force, and the management division is afraid that their jobs will be the next to get replaced.

After serious production the F-22's were finally complete. Saldana was going crazy from stress but that small achievement kept him sane for now. The Su-37's now numbered 300, and the F-35's were at 160. The F/A-18's had been finished as well as the A-10's. However Saldana was still very much depressed from the exhaustion and fatigue. He had already went into Phase 04 before given the go ahead simply to try and get a head start. Already he had managed 20 more Tu-160's plus U.R.P.R.'s own planes, bringing it to 80. The B-1R being a bit more complicated was produced at a few number of only 10. The B-52 however had already been pushed to 50.

Saldana began putting more responsibility on lower ranking supervisors to increase production and give himself a chance to rest.

Saldana's mood was improving just a bit with the progress being made on the current production. The Su-37's were numbering at 300 and the F-35 was at now at 100. He continued to remain rather stressed and had to take anti- heart attack medication.

The Tu-160 was also giving him grief as only 20 more had been produced. The B-1R wasn't much better and it continued at a rate of 10 bringing it to a total of 20. The B-52 had been completed though so that brought him a little hope.

He decided to role into the next phase and begin manufacturing the command/radar aircraft.

**2 More Months Later**

"Sir, we have completed production of 600 tanks so far. We ought to be finished by the end of Summer."

"Very good," Mr. Besrodio gave a sigh of relief as his secretary left his office. All was going to plan, and it appears that the quota for these tanks will be met afterall. He could not wait to report this to President Claudio, who would no doubt be pleased to hear of the progress.

Just as Mr. Besrodio was thinking this, his phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Greetings, Mr. Besrodio. I'd like to see how things are going over there."

"Well, Mr. President, we are meeting quota and--"

"No, that's not what I meant. I'll be there within the hour. I'm bringing some donuts."

We have finished all weapons production and are currently building some newer, faster Panzer-Sherman hybrids. Our first model is called the Panzer Mk.9, and we are producing roughly 100,000.

ooc:no cause we cant support that many. so build like 2,000

**2 Months Later Still - Tank Induction**

"--And so, it is with great pride that I present the President of the B.R.A.!"

President Claudio takes the podium at a press conference in Garland, in front of the Goug Machine Shop. Mr. Besrodio is standing to the side, along with the Chiefs of Staff and one of the tanks produced for the ISAF Arming Project.

"My fellow Antarcticans, today is a proud and joyous occasion for us, as we have completed the construction of 1000 new tanks for use by ourselves and our allies in the Independent States Allied Forces. Here today to help me send these tanks off in good faith is Mr. Besrodio, the president and foreman of the Goug Machine Shop, which has been granted the opportunity to build these tanks for us. Mr. Besrodio, if you would do the honors?"

President Claudio hands Mr. Besrodio a ceremonial bottle of champagne normally used for christening ships.

"Thank you for this honor, Mr. President." Mr. Besrodio scrutinizes the bottle for a moment. "Well, I suppose it's as good as anything," he said jokingly, much to the appreciation of the gathering crowd. He raised the bottle above his head next to the tank by the stage, "May the powers that be maintain you in your ordeals!" He then smashed the bottle on the side of the tank, breaking the bottle and spraying champagne all over the place, much of which flew uncontrollably in the air as it came rushing forth, splashing all over Mr. Besrodio.

"Heheh, that looks tasty!" Commented President Claudio as he approached, placing a hand on the surprised Mr. Besrodio's shoulder. "You look a little... shaken up, if I might say!"

"Oh, so you shook the bottle, eh? That was quite unexpected, sir. You really got me with that one!"

ooc: Independent States Allied Forces

IC: We need the U.S.B. to manufacture M1A2's instead of the proposed tank you had decided. If you need any manufacturing equipment or specs I am sure that the nation of B.R.A. would be more than willing to help since they have finished production.

Of course. We will begin production as soon as possible.

We can send 1500 of our national guard workers over to expedite construction. Also, Mr. Besrodio's data on the machine configuration will be wired over so you can set your machines to the most efficient production configuration.

The E-3 required reactivating the large body construction facilities. However, the crews managed to finish 10 planes. The E-2 was progressing much faster and 20 had been built. The Su-37's had finally been completed but the F-35's had only increased by 50. The B-1R continued at the standard rate of 10 every four weeks while 20 more Tu-160's had been produced.

8 weeks later.

Saldana was boarding a plane to some exotic tropical island when he suddenly got a call on his cell phone. The skinny man reached down into his pocket with slightly trembling skeletal looking fingers. As he pulled it up he read the caller id and saw it was the same man who had given him so much grief for the past few months. He answered the phone tentatively.

"Hello?"

"Good job on completing all the aircraft." the voice began, "You have certainly earned your vacation time." then the call dropped.

Saldana boarded the plane and thought to himself,' I'm not going to have to do something like this again am I?' all of a sudden he got a text message. When he looked at it, it read "Yes you will have to do this again sometime soon."

One tear went down Saldana's cheek as the plane lifted off into the afternoon sky.

After winning the recent election, Aaron found the time to watch the new tanks roll off the production line. "It's a beautiful thing..." Each tank had a number and the letters ISAF printed on them. The names that each soldier gives a tank - Jerry's Medicine, Gravedigger, Widow Maker, that's up to the platoons of ISAF soldiers that get them. "I want these tanks rolled out every second! They're beautiful!" Aaron yells as he walks away.

Might I suggest that each country's contributed soldiers perform the tasks in which they specialize (as a nation, not just the troops).

For example, my units specialize in sniping and concealment, so my guys could be the taiga sentries.

So are my troops, and we are going to hold off naming them until they're actually assigned to a task. (ooc: that name SUCKS)

As for mine, they're more anti-terrorism than anything else. About half the troops I sent in were part of the Oberstes Korps and the rest are regular infantrymen.

We are going to begin broadening the scope with which our troops can operate to increase the flexibility of our fighting force. So that means that all troops will be integrated together. They eat together, sleep together, train together, fight together, and die together. That is the only way they will be effective in combat as a team.

Meanwhile we shall also finish the construction of the naval forces as well as begin on the Longbow Armament program simultaneously.
