Californian
The Cochin Minister was led into the conference room and Steingrímur Vilhjálmsson offered his hand, "Nice to meet you, Mr. Varma, please, take a seat." as he motioned to the chairs next to the table. "We have been keeping close tabs to the news due to the recent conflicts in Asia. I see you have ceded from the DE, and it appears to have dissolved, with much of Asia now under war. A real clusterf-. We approve of your position of neutrality. I must say we've always viewed Cochin favorably even when you were in the DE, you were good neighbors and you truly were a large part of making the DE so great. I must apologize for Caucasia's recent actions. We recently gave them the land which they used as a staging ground for AEF forces to attack you, and it's never what we intended that land be used for. We personally supported the Dragon Empire but due to its disbandment we shall remain neutral in the current conflict. With your sovereignty recently regained, we would like to start engaging in actual relations with you."
king of cochin
"The Kingdom is very glad to hear that Groenlandia perceives us in such favorable terms. May I say that the feeling is mutual? With the turbulent times that Dragon Empire had to pass through we never had much of a chance to initiate talks with Groenlandia, however we did come to your aid during the Eurasian War. Anyway that is all in the past. As regards Caucasia we do not hold Groenlandia to any blame whatsoever. Your actions were perfectly understandable in the circumstances and even with Caucasia we have initiated diplomatic relations. We would be very grateful for initiation of diplomatic relations with Groenlandia. What do you propose?"
