Antasija and Mogar stepped through the gate as normal, on the other side though, he was alone. He looked around for a few moments, he was in the middle of a dark forest, so the where would be difficult, Strike one. A flick of his wrist informed him there was no satellites above, so the time period was anywhere from the early 1950s to... pretty much 4,000,000,000 BC, so strike two. The sky however could afford him some information, while not an expert he knew enough about the stars and their proper positions to quickly deduce that he was in the Northern Hemisphere. The exact time was impossible without a more in depth investigation, but he estimated perhaps the 1500s, having once visited Europe in 1493, the stars appeared as he recalled, and he was on roughly the same latitude as Rome. It took him several minutes to decide what to do, even calling out "Antasija!", several times. No such luck, for once she had even gone first, but she had always appeared next to him within seconds when he had gone first, what could have possibly gone wrong? Their intended destination, Rapture, 20XX, just before her disappearance, apparently did not sit well with fate. More interesting to him was rather than ending up in the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, he instead was in Europe. Mogar picked up his bag, sliding it onto his shoulders and set out through the woods, he could use a flashlight, but that'd raise more questions than he really needed to deal with at the moment, finding out where exactly he was would be the first step to solving this mystery. It took over an hour but he eventually came to a dirt road, it appeared to be decently traveled and he decided to head north, civilization had to exist somewhere.

The Imperium had began surveillance of Alaska over the past several months, with the strategic importance of the largest former state of America, and a history entwined with Japan, the movements begun by Cascadia into British Columbia and the Yukon were a transparent move to continue onward into Alaska. Katsuro decided something had to be done, and the more radical of the military had agreed. the 1st fleet would park itself 100 miles south of Kodiak Island, setting up a radar picket and launching AWACS patrols as well as beginning ASW operations to ensure no surprises. The 2nd fleet would make the same movements 100 miles south of the Kenai Peninsula. Ten of the Imperium's Sōryū-class submarines would lay in wait in a line across the Gulf of Alaska. OOC: I can provide a map to a GM if needed) The 2nd Corps of the Imperium marines would land on the Alaskan Peninsula. with UAVs observing the Cascadian advance, moving by helicopters to Kenai, everything to the west would eventually be claimed by the Imperium, but for now Kotzebue. Kodiak, Bethal, Homer, and most critically, Barrow would be the targets of choice for the Imperium. Military presence within cities would be kept to a minimal. The Imperium forces were used to the Arctic, they would maintain vigilance until the Cascadian response came.

The Hanseatic League formed quite a bit earlier than expected, due to the turmoil across Europe. Hamburg and Lübeck had been trading ports as it stood, and the cities relationship had grown close upon a governmental level as well. Holstein was nearby and invited to join this new idea of a commonwealth of city states, with a focus on Trade over merely conquering. Of course, not everyone had gotten the memo. Obotritia had been stirring up trouble, and it came to Grand Mayor Otello Adlerfügel that they planned to incite a war against the new League. Rather than wait for them to gather strength and strike. The 15 galleons of the Hanseatic Fleet set out from Lübeck, and would seek out any vessels leaving Obotritia, capturing them if possible. At the same time, An 8,000 man army led by Georg Kleemann would begin to launch their invasion of the Obotritian provinces, They would soon find the Hanseatic League to be their liking, whether by their own choice or not.

The Imperium's Aether capabilities were still well behind Tikal's at their peak, but the Imperium had followed in the history they knew of Tikal's Aether projects. notably restoring Tikal's Stanford Torus and Side Class Space Stations upon the Lagrange points. Mineral extraction from Tsuki was ahead of plans, due to Deep Space Industries. The Singapore based company had created a unique method of Helium extraction. First, Surveyors would scout possible sources, after which a Heavy Harvester Platform would begin strip mining operations. There was no need for environmental concerns, as there simply was no environment to protect. Each Heavy Harvester had a fleet of six Helium 3 Transport Vehicles, or H3TVs, would then autonomously transport the refined resource to the massive Freighters that were scattered across the lunar surface, on specialized railways that would bring them back to the Imperium's Lunar Colony, now containing almost 50,000 permanent residents.

While some of the more hardline within the Imperium Council wished for more extreme actions in order to ensure Pacific Security, Hawaii was no longer in the hands of TIkal, but instead the Plains Federation, a nation that had also assisted in the Tripartite War. Rather than provoke their friend, Kazuko elected to arrange a conference between the Pacific nations.

The Imperium had already begun making the required moves to securing the Pacific Ocean, but there was still the canal zones as a potential issue for the Pacific Security. The United Caribbean States movements were noted, and once both canals were secure, the decision was made to send a diplomatic inquiry to restore agreements that the Imperium once shared with Tikal.

Simple proposal, screenshot your nation, confirm the statistics with a GM, those are your stats for the duration of the conflict you are fighting, after said conflict is over you have 10 days to remain on those stats(to account for nuclear anarchy and a reasonable collection afterwards), and then your stats revert to whatever they are in game once more.

OOC stuff: 1) If you wish to participate, this is mid 1960s Rapture, city has gone to hell, the fall has happened, and not simply splicers, but zombies, mutants, biological monsters, Rapture was a bastion of superscience, but without proper controls, such things have a funny way of coming out. Create your own back story for your character. 2) Survivors and Splicers are the most likely choices for said backstory, if you have questions before you decide to join feel free to throw me a Query, 3)the intent of the thread is survival horror, I will be the "GM" for the event and hurl whatever randomness at the "party" 4) If you have a specific request for a monster, trap, or scenario that fits into this, suggest it and I'll see what we can do, collaboration! It had been nearly 6 years in Rapture since they had been in the city. Mogar looked out the viewing port upon his creation. The Big Daddies still apparently were doing their tasks, controlled and fed by the computer system, they'd likely be the only residents able to survive even a nuclear strike upon the city, they went past one working on a collapsed tunnel, apparently repairing the broken glass. There were obvious signs of wear and tear upon everything, buildings were dimmed, the true nature of the city was impossible to determine from the outside, they had continued to try to reach someone on the inside, but there was just static. He turned to Antasija, "Something's definitely wrong, the city is far too dark, it doesnt look like anyone has maintained the place for months, maybe years." "Well, that's not quite a worst case scenario, but it's certainly not a good thing." Antasija says, "What's the suggested course of action and how heavily armed should we be upon our entry into the area?" she asks, checking on her choise of outfit to make sure it was all in the right place, tactically speaking. Shaking his head he quickly retorted, "I suppose you can bring the Thompson. Considering I can't get anyone on the radio, and the computer system is either down or being jammed, I'm thinking we should be prepared for a worst case scenario." putting on the various holsters and spare ammunition he'd potentially require, all able to be worn under his dark grey pinstriped suit, he had to remain a certain level of class after all. A female voice came over the intercom, "Airlock connected, All good things of this earth, flow into Rapture." "I was thinking about something a bit more tactical actually, but if you want me to bring the Thompson I certainly can. It doesn't fit with the present outfit though." she opens a briefcase and produces an AK-12 configured for 9x39mm rounds and grabbed a pair of 95 round drums, "Really, I feel it would be less effective than this." Looking through the armory they had been standing in, he ran his fingertips across the weapons, eventually deciding upon an FN SCAR, "You always have a certain style about you, one of these days we're gong to have to actually try that thing out though, maybe it shoots holy bullets or something." he teased, slinging the weapon onto his shoulder, along with a backpack containing breaching equipment, if the city's computer had been comprimised getting anywhere would require a blowtorch or some C4. Antasija cradled her weapon, the barrel of which was almost as long as her torso, "Do you think so?" she asks, obviously asking about the first thing he'd said rather than anything else; the precise makeup of her outfit was a rather form fitting tactical-grey, lightly padded catsuit with a tactical vest over it and a headset, but that was about it, "I'd not take the chance on the holy bullet thing." "I know so, I must have rubbed off on you." he said sticking out his tongue. "We'll have to try it out next time we have to fight something unnatural, can't hurt to try at least, and if so we'll have a weapon that doesn't involve my own variant of vampness." He said unscrewing the door, the smell of the air was musty as it poured into the cabin, "That's always a good sign..." he said trailing off, the lights powered on as they entered the welcome center, trash laying littered everywhere. There was no sign of life, no noises, just the sound of the air filtration system blowing air that was far too old. Antasija flicks an eyepiece down over her left eye. Her vision was exceptional and she already had a certain amount of nightvision, but having a precise rangefinder and a little bit of thermal capability was nice too, "Smells terrible in here." she kicks a coke can absently. The nearest terminal was down of course, he walked away from it with a sigh, the giant television screens flickering static above him. Standing in the middle of the place he looked around, "Let's try to rail line first, I suppose, we need to get back to the tower, that's the only way we're gonna actually find out where the $%&@ everyone is." "That sounds like a good enough idea." she keeps the powerful weapon to her shoulder, ready to blow anything that moved too suspiciously away. "I don't like how quiet it is." With her words, she of course cursed them to regret those words, as they moved quietly to the Station, voices could be heard, putting a finger to his lips they stood and listened. A disheveled woman stood over a baby carriage, talking down to it but making little sense. "Momma's gonna take good care of you, not like your old momma, I love my baby, She didn't scream much, she must not have loved you." the woman rambled on and on. Mogar gave a puzzled look and gestured for her to stay put and keep a bead on the woman, slinging his gun and walked towards the woman, "Hello?" he asked loudly and clearly, wanting to ensure he was not a surprise to the obviously manic woman. she turned and screeched at him, running directly at him with her arms spread, fingernails long and sharp. Antasija, not wasting a moment, put an eight round burst of fire into the woman who was very clearly off her rocker, her weapon's recoil not causing her to waver more than half a foot across her target over the course of the automatic fire. When finished, and sure that the woman was dead, she lowered her weapon, "Cause that wasn't creepy." He quickly went to the baby carriage, filled with empty vials and syringes, "Well, no baby, of course." he said dryly, begining to examine her body, "Gunshot wounds killed her, at least. Obvious signs of severe ADAM usage, mutations within her DNA are likely based upon the condition of her body, someone opened the floodgates of the stuff down here, what she had in the carriage I couldn't use in a year." "Well at least something's alive down here." Antasija says, taking a scan around the area, "Not sure if that's a good thing for us but at least nothing Too catastrophic has taken place." He continued a scan of her body, the amount of ADAM was... incredible to say the least, that she was even able to maintain breathing with that much in her system proved a tolerance could be built up, there was so many unknowns when he had begun the project, it appears he would find one possible scenario, perhaps at too great of a cost. "I don't think that was a good sign at all, the ADAM works like a drug, it does have a certain level of addiction, to have ingested this much and still be alive is impressive, but where there's one drug addict there's plenty more." he said quietly, getting onto the empty looking train, walking through the cabins to check for any unwanted guests before reaching the "engine", and switching the thing on. Antasija dropped the mag and set about replacing the rounds she'd spent and replacing the clip, "Well, do we clear the place out or do we go grab reinforcements?" she asks while she does this. "What reinforcements? You want to travel all the way back to Japan on another Earth to go begging for soldiers from the Empress?" He put on a sarcastic british accent, "Please mam, I want sum soldiers for me city." He shook his head, "We're on our own, maybe we'll find survivors, the city was made up of the best and brightest, someone will have kept themselves alive, and anyone else we can dispatch." "Well I don't $%&@in' know, I figure you've got connections or something." Antasija says, "Where do you want to go from here?" He shrugged, "Fort Frolic is the next stop, and if we don't find anyone there, onward to MoG[Tower], we either find survivors or I figure out what the hell happened." he said, starting the train upon its journey. "Well I think it's obvious what happened, someone got too liberal with the bio-technical gear while you were gone." she says, taking a seat and looking outwards, "Shouldn't be too hard to clear the place." He laughed coldly, "Two hundred and fifty thousand people were in this city when we left, even if 90% of them died, we're still up against potentially twenty five thousand people, all of whom will likely try to kill me due to my body possessing ADAM, you thankfully don't have any in your system due to your little vacation, but they'll be able to smell me out real quick." "So, bullets for the first couple-hundred and a good thrashing for the rest." she shrugs, "Unless they get too grouped together, I don't see a terrible problem. It might be quite a camping trip though, few weeks at least." He looked around the cart, "I'm honestly in the mood to drink at this point, I had figured that maybe the signals were just jammed due to the city's defenses, not that my city had turned into a den of monsters." he stared pensively out the window, a school of fish was swimming by as they blew past in the high speed rail. "We're going to find Fontaine, he's the only one who would have done this." "He might be dead." she shrugged and continued to look out the window, "And if he isn't I imagine he's had a difficult time staying alive." He turned to her, appreciating her pale skin in the green glow of the water and it's inhabitants outside, deciding to walk over to her and wrap his arms around her waist, turning her to face him and kissed her forehead lightly, "I appreciate you going along with me through all of this crazy life we have chosen, it's nice to see you'll help me kill a quarter million people if we needed to." he teased, taking the brief lull in action to relax and reflect upon his strange relationship. "Decrease the surplus population." she says in her best Scrooge impression, "Bah, humbug." she kisses him, "You know, the corpse kinda ruins the mood." He chuckled, "I wasn't planning on going much further than this, we have a city to save, or burn down and recreate, I dunno." Turning her in his arms, he rested his head upon her shoulder as Fort Frolic grew larger. Nipping at her ear he whispered, "Besides, I happen to love when you get that lustful look of battle in your eyes. Talk about turn ons my little vampsicle." "Burning it down would be a terrible waste of resources." she kisses him again, "Personally I'm not a big fan of the times I get that way." Checking his weapon as they entered the tunnel into Fort Frolic, he smiled at her, "Well, I'm thinking you're going to have to learn to enjoy it for the next few days."

Kazuko was quite flustered, it was early afternoon in Tokyo, she was outside of the Tokyo Imperium Palace. it was almost like central park, in the sense it was an untouched patch of forest in the middle of skyscrapers, though Tokyo was another world compared to New York. Even as she walked alone she could hear the quiet hum of the drones watching her every move, and anything else within a few miles of the palace. and though she couldn't see them, she could sense the dozens of bodyguards that stood throughout the grounds, not even considering the hundreds on the premises. She sighed, sitting upon a bench, it was a strange feeling to be alone and yet surrounded by people at the same time. The stresses of a half billion people under your command, and with a single misspoken sentence in public she could sentence every one of them to a very tragic death. She sighed and looked at one of the many cats that lived on the castle grounds, the security didn't like them, something about CIA spy cats or something, Kazuko was Japanese and that was an unreasonable idea even to her. "Maybe you got it right Misutā neko, I should just go sit on a beach and watch the world for a while, I have a million kilometers of beach in my country and yet I'm stuck here in the middle of the city..." she said to the cat, not that she expected a reply, but at least the cats were honest about not caring about her, it was a better feeling than the feigned love she received from the servants. Worse yet, none of them were confidantes, she couldn't complain about her stresses like someone else her age could to their friends, there was no monarch sorority, inviting over another leader mean formalities and proper code of conduct, heaven forbid they just drop the act and stuff their faces with ice cream while watching movies for an evening. As she roamed the grounds it felt nice to not remember she was surrounded by skyscrapers, but in the back of her mind she knew she wasn't really on an adventure, she wasn't exploring some uncharted territory, she was in the middle of one of the largest cities in the world, and everyone within 3,000 kilometers of this spot was under her rule. She laid upon the grass, bemused by the fact there was probably a handmaiden somewhere watching her bask in the sunlight silently screaming at her because of the extra work that would come from the grass stains. let them have to put forth the extra effort. Kazuko thought to herself, "I'm worth it aren't I?" though the egotistical thought was quickly replaced with a voice whispering, "you're not." she simply shook the voice away, her doubts had been eating at her ever since the war, but she wasn't going to let them ruin her relaxing in the warm breeze. With her eyes closed, she could almost ignore the constant droning of the camera units, mentally filtering the noise out with the sound of the birds. "Your Majesty?" a young girl's voice shouted. A hand maiden, on the other hand, could ruin her relaxing. "There you are your majesty." she said when she finally found her, bowing deeply. "What is it, can I not have time to myself?" the girl would bow even deeper, "I apologize your majesty, but..." Kazuko sighed, "I don't even want to hear your explanation." Kazuko muttered, sitting up, "Take me to where ever it is I am needed..." she'd give the garden one last look over her shoulder as she walked away. whispering quietly to herself, "An adventure is just what I need."

With the collapse of Carthage, Rome was able to restore itself to prominence once more, under the guidance of Pope Alexander IX, Rome and the surrounding lands returned to Papal rule, and with the collapse of Cisalpina has brought more Italian regions into anarchy, and hopefully into the fold of the Papal States. :Public:

In 20XX, the East Asian Imperium was declared upon by the Uriankhai. the Mongolian horde had pushed into Liaoning and Korea, triggering a global conflict which had left many nations in ruins, the Imperium's ally in GLR eventually collapsing after a lengthy conflict with Carthage and Novak. East Asia had to deal with the Uriankhai and the Tianxian resurgence, the war turning nuclear after a rogue general in Novak began launches, sparking global thermonuclear war. The main islands were damaged, but managed to recover the quickest, having the majority of the Imperium's stores for disasters. Hiroshima and Nagasaki had taken several more nuclear blasts, Neo Tokyo had yet again managed to survive completely intact, The gods favored Empress Hoshiko and had watched over her home, or at least so the Shinto believers within Japan had believed. Taiwan was the main battleground between Tianxia and the Imperium, and had seen significant devastation, it would take years for the island to recover. Hong Kong was heavily fortified and managed to survive mostly intract, though there was destruction from bombings and cruise missile attacks. Hainan as well had seen much fighting but the Imperium was able to force any invasions to fail by using the Vietnam protectorate as a base of operations to harass the incursions by Tianxia into Canton, the South China province saw incredible destruction and numerous nuclear strikes, leaving the province beyond recovery for the time being, Kazuko had to make the difficult decision to abandon them during the war, having no way of enforcing the Imperium's hold upon the territory and still maintain Joseon. Manchuria and Joseon were the source of heavy fighting with the Mongolians, Liaoning having seen the majority of its infrastructure destroyed, but it remained loyal to the Imperium even as they were pushed back into Joseon, the 38th parallel, a blight upon Joseon to Kazuko, ironically became a source of strength, the formerly most heavily fortified border in the world was where the Imperium finally held, with a massive decapitation strike to the Mongolian airbases and naval assets, the Imperium was able to maintain air superiority over Manchuria and Northern Korea, with intensive bombing campaigns to drive back the invaders. It had been over a decade since the war with Uriankhai and Tianxia had started, it took several years of continuous nuclear bombardment, but eventually they succumbed to their fates. The Imperium had been crippled by the war, cities destroyed and population decimated, but still it survived. Kazuko was old, her Child, Katsuro had seen both the horrors of war and the stress of the throne first hand, though she had tried to keep his innocence there was only so much you could hide when you spent the first 4 years of your life in an underground bunker. The Imperium was crippled, but it was still alive, and it would thrive once more. It was fitting that the oldest nation in the old world would be one of the first to emerge after yet another massive global conflict. :Public: There was much work to be done.

IC: The City hadn't been completed upon the initiation of attacks against The Cape, but enough of the population had been relocated to begin operations, The City was more beautiful than Mogar could have ever imagined. The blend of technology, architecture, and nature, truly this would be one of the world's greatest wonders. Mogar looked out upon the beacon in the darkness of the ocean floor he had created, his bathyscaphe finally landing, he saw what many more would seen shortly, walking between the Adonis statues, he traveled through the City to the MoG[Corp] tower at the center of the city, a short message would be sent out to the most talented individuals globally, those who replied to the call would find their way to the lighthouse entrance Mogar had just gone through, civilian vessels dispatched to retrieve them, marked as vessels from allies of where ever they were picking up people to not arise suspicion. There were many rooms to fill, so many science labs, studios, workshops. The city was a paradise, they simply needed to visit and Mogar knew they'd be hooked. Construction would continue, though much more slowly with the tragic loss of the primary backers. The Lighthouse above was the only way anyone on the surface would know of the city. All RADAR and radio waves, would be scrambled within 30 miles, jamming constantly fluctuating to not allow for easy countermeasure, an EMP pulse being emitted constantly from the lighthouse in place of the traditional beam of light. Rapture vessels would be immune to this, using vacuum tubes, and able to navigate their way to drop off their passengers. The Frozen Triangle was born.

The Nissan Group, Sumitomo Group, Furukawa Group, Nomura Holdings, Inc., and Toyota Group, all have managed nearly fully recoveries, though the lack of major export partners none of the companies expected to become the economic powers they once were until that was correcte. Mogar was unsure of how much of Antasija's skill had remained within the new shell she had received. There had been no word from Rapture for months now, and Mogar had a responsibility to those who had chosen to move from The Cape to the undersea Gotham. There was a particular dōjō he had been frequenting as of late, having the requirement to maintain his own abilities and being too lazy to find an apartment with a room large enough for the equipment. Of course, this came at a cost, but most of those in East Asia tended to look the other way so long as there was a financial transfer, even with those who had... unique abilities as he did, so long as he paid for any potential damages the owner did not really care what happened so long as Mogar didn't bring the building down. The owner, an old man, was standing upon the patio outside, listening to the rain, It was 4am when Mogar and Antasija finally showed up, the idea coming to Mogar after an evening celebrating Antasija's return, it had been a few days so she had been much easier on the alcohol intake than him, it was going to be an interesting night.

Time travel was always a fascinating subject. In one of the many parallel universes, Mogar was not assassinated, and served as ruler of Southeast Asia for time beyond standard measurements. Mogatopia sprang from its old borders in a world destroyed by famine and disease, the Whitening had overtaken most of the world, and strange things began occurring in the few nations left. Mogar didn't know any of this of course. having greatly $%&@ed up an experiment upon the Supercav Sub, he was transported into a very familiar Palace he had lived in, there was no Antasija, there was a bevy of beautiful naked women but he was not really interested in them, having a pounding headache and based upon how sore he felt, he more than likely had his fill the previous evening. He got up and got a glass of water, downing it and searching for his cell phone, thumbing through it he quickly checked the date and realized exactly where he was. "That explains the no Antasija." he muttered, making his way through the spacious building to the nearest kitchen, wanting to be alone but at the same time needing to sate his hunger. After orange juice and bacon, he quickly got used to the maids and servants fawning upon him, and an hour later he met his secretary, prepared to walk him through the day. "Sir, you have a meeting at 8am with the board of directors, quarterly reviews are needed and you'll have to authorize the funding for the next three months..." she droned on but he grew disinterested, eventually interrupting her. "Does one of those projects happen to be time travel experiments?" she paused, narrowing her eyes at him slightly before she looked through her tablet, "There is one project, it has been listed as a black project and as such there is no data about it on the main servers, you'd have to go to the lab to learn more about it." "Excellent, arrange to take me there." OOC Claim: Indochina, Sumatra and its outlying Islands.

They had spent several days together, but unfortunately it was time to get back to work. The world they had visited had grown, from chaos came order, nations had risen, empires formed, and now the sides were set for a battle to decide the fate of this world. None of that mattered to Mogar though, The dream Empress Hoshiko had sold was turning into a nightmare for the population, there was no choice for them but to follow her into whatever she chose for her people. He had witnessed her innermost thoughts, saw every weakness and dark thought she ever had, she would lead them into darkness, or into a gloriously bright future. It was all out of his hands of course, he wanted no part of the war, he had his damsel back, and now it was time to return to where it all began. Back to Rapture, but did he create his own dream, or did it turn into a nightmare after he abandoned it? There were many questions to be answered, and many more artifacts to be collected. tick, tock, tick, tock.

One of the unfortunate byproducts of the relationship between the two Empresses was that neither of them held the equipment required to produce an heir, and bringing in a third party would mean the child was not entirely theirs. Kazuko especially was quite interested in producing an heir, she was getting older and her husband had died before he could manage to do so, the poor sap. She looked upon herself in the mirror and sighed, she was not getting any younger. Technology meant she hadn't aged a bit since 25, but the biological clock was still tick tick ticking. She arranged for a trip to France, and sent word to Jeanne, perhaps a night together would give her the courage to discuss that subject with her secret lover. The world was a powder keg, with Romanians threatening the nations surrounding them, a state weakened by tragedy lashing out at their neighbors. In another world she would have reached out to the new Queen, having been in that position previously, but unfortunately it seemed they would not listen to reason. The trip went by in a flash, the hypersonic aircraft made flying much less of a chore, though she counted every minute, this would be their first "date", in years, hopefully everything went by perfectly.

War had come to the Imperium, not that the average citizen noticed, the gigantic holographic displays and television screens would bombard the populations with images of the war, including the Empress herself riding in a Type 10. The subtle message that constant threats are all around them being disseminated , ensuring loyalty of the population regardless of ethnic or religious background. The enhanced shifts had led to even more money being spent are the bars and clubs of the nation, extra money meant more booze, and finding someone else for the night. The best part of this country to Mogar, was the darkness never really set on the Empire of the Rising Sun, they simply created their own light until the Dawn came once more. Pilots had to be specially trained to land in Tokyo, the amount of light pollution and lasers that strobes through the air caused for incredible discomfort to those who relied on the normal visual landing. Within the city itself, the neon and lights were overwhelming, he roamed the city streets seeking to clear his mind, talking to the Dreamer had given him pause, perhaps Antasija was not completely written off after all, and it was interesting there was others with his... technical prowess, though it appears to manifest in a far different way for him. He had taken him up on the offer but would be waiting a day, the first of the copies was to be sent to the Americas, as a test of how accurate they were to the real thing. There was so much to do, every world he visited was always thrown into chaos, he sighed and stopped in the middle of the alley, a rock in the river of people walking in either direction. Rain began to fall and he looked up at the sky, the clouds constantly reflecting any of the thousands of light sources of Tokyo. It was all going to come together, he just had to be patient, he thought to himself, stepping into the nearest club to get out of the rain.

Kazuko felt lost since she had awoken, she remembered being in a room, it was so shiny, and there was a man above her, she was tired, so tired, and then she went back to sleep. She awoke again in her bed, Takako was waiting with her morning Tea, and a sheet of paper requesting her presence in the Plains Federation, they had begun a high level conference with the leaders of various nations, but a visit in person may be enough to sway them. She got herself ready and made her way to the waiting car, noticing the various servants looked upon her strangely. Feeling self conscious she looked herself over in a mirror on the car ride to the airport, what was it they were looking at, she hadn't changed at all, had she? The flight over was boring, as to be expected, while refueling in Hawaii she wondered about the Islands, they could have been hers, instead they end up with Tikal, perhaps a gateway between their cultures could be built upon the island chain, they had been intimate allies for longer than most nations had existed, why not work towards establishing something between the actual people of the nations instead of simply the leadership. She wondered what the people of both nations even thought of the alliance. but for now she would sleep, only to awake just before touching down in Plains Federation. Something was different about her but she couldn't quite figure out what, the thoughts were sent to the back of her mind however, she was off to meet with the President of the Plains Federation, the long term goals of their alliance would be met, but soon the time would come for their friendship to be forged properly, the French and Tikal had become EAI's most intimate friends through conflict, with yet another looming upon the horizon, more bonds would be made, and their respective continents would become even closer to help out a third.

Mogar stood in the laboratory, while nowhere near as emotionally stimulating as the one in Rapture or the Cape, it still had a certain charm, though he wished it was in a building with his name upon the side, there would be time for that later. The closest capsule to him finished its process, the fluid draining from the container and it opened upon the press of a button, inside lay a nude lithe form, fully grown in under six hours. another button press and her eyes fluttered opened, she looked around for a moment, confused, "W-Where am I?" she asked in a whisper. "Do you know who you are? How old you are?" Mogar asked politely. "I'm Kazuko, Empress Hoshiko, I'm [Redacted] years old, but how did I get here?" He merely smiled and pressed another button, the door closing and a mist filling the capsule, returning her to slumber. Eternal Life was just a few skin flakes away.
