It has taken time, but thanks to the tireless efforts of the men and women of the Empire of Tianxia, the Vietnamese people have broken the yoke of past imperialism and have been ushered into the modern age. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam hereby announces its official declaration of national sovereignty on this day, April 03, XXXX. In a continuation of friendship between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Empire of Tianxia, Cam Ranh Bay will remain maintained by the Empire and Vietnam will proudly host several garrisons of the Empire's finest soldiers. It is Vietnam's hope that such cooperation will help our young nation as we leave the warm embrace of the Empire. For while Vietnam is now an independent nation, it is comforting to know we are not alone to face the harsh winds of the world's typhoons. Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam, will hold the center of government as this great nation looks toward a bright future. The job will be hard, but the people have chosen strong leaders to continue Vietnam’s progress. They will not fail Vietnam and Vietnam will not fail them. Triyun Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 Tianxia has ordered the formation of VIET-CORPS which will take up primary responsibility for continguity of national defense as Vietnam builds and stands up on its own. Further we reaffirm Vietnam's continued alliance and friendship with the rest of Asia.
