However I do think I can shed a little light on the situation at hand and use my powers that be for good instead of mischief. Sometimes your hand is forced in a situation and you must find a way to make the best of it. We were, forgive the pun here, TORN in two directions. With treaties on both sides of the web we had to make decisions, decisions that are very difficult. However, when we made those decisions, our troops landed in the nations of GR's aggressors, with the intent to stop what should never had been. In accordance with our treaties, we don't offer peace till our allies have given or received it, but with no further aggression being shown by TORN, we have also managed to uphold our agreement. We entered this war in defense of GR, not for personal gain or destruction of TORN, and lest it turn and bite us in the backside, we have no reason to further engage an already weak and I would bet somewhat remorseful enemy. For those of you saying that this is our peace offer, it is not, if they should fire again we fire again. But when you stop and think about that, isn't peace really just a ceasefire. If I were to give you peace and then shoot you, would you not shoot back? If I were to give you peace and then steal your jewels would you not come for revenge? I would just like to make it known that the world of BOB will never know peace, because peace is but a lie. The truth about peace is that it is always given by the stronger of the two sides, and why? Simply put peace is nothing but an acceptance of your inability to be the victor, and thus by giving peace to someone you are making them agree to you being the better. In fact, If you could rule the entire planet of BOB with no one standing in your way you indeed would, and you would stick your hand in every cookie jar if not the threat of broken fingers, and you would rape the weak at every whim without the threat of punishment, so peace is nothing but your resignation letter in the grand scheme of things. Peace is but an extension of the fear you have, and therefore only exists in the minds of the weak willed. For anyone with the fortitude to stand against the unjust and prevail in the face of decimation deserves the right to manifest his destiny as he so chooses. And with that, I leave you to ponder my side in all of this. And hopefully I have given you something to banter back and forth about as I know some of you need desperately in these great halls of Drama-nations.

Blackwater Declaration of War Let it be know that on this 20th Day of January 2010, Blackwater has chosen to go to war against an evil empire. The Roman Empire has been causing some havoc amongst our nations and we will not stand for it. While the nations in question have accepted peace we have not forgotten our losses.It has been brought to my attention that initially I had worded this making it sound like Farkistan needed our assistance, however I was merely giving them a shout out. They are doing quite a number on their own. It is with great pleasure that I announce to the OWF that Blackwater will be going to war alongside of Farkistan in the Decimation of the Roman Empire for the following Reason: "You Urinated in the dehydrated carbohydrates that I consume in the morning with lactose products". Should any questions arise as to my intent or reasons leading up to this declaration I guess you can ask, however I am willing to bet that I will not answer them. I have given this very little thought and decided it was the right move on the part of Blackwater, if for no other reason than entertainment. We haven't been on the TE scene in a while so why not start it out with a bang? To all of you that wind up surprised by our attacks, I guess I say tough luck. While I am taking our nations to war in the interest of entertainment, I would like to extend a genuine have fun to the boys and girls over in the Roman Empire. Don't mistake me though, I'm still upset with you for destroying my first nation!

Welcome all to this momentous occasion, or maybe the lack there of. I am Sgt. Slimjd33 of Blackwater. As of yesterday I have offically taken over command of Blackwater's TE division due to time constraints on Field Commander Henry's end. I know some of you had issues with our command in TE last round. Some of you think Energizer was asking to much by requiring an apology and a whole thread was started to that effect. Well I assure you that there will be no apologies asked for if you bomb one of our nations. In fact this round is dedicated to the opposite end of that spectrum. In the words of a good RL friend and former commander of Blackwater we are hereby officially adopting the Commander Metal methodology of diplomatic relations: Let it be known on this day, and all days hence forth that if you should come over to Blackwater and Crap on our porch, we will be finding a dump truck full of crap to dump on yours. If you can't take the heat get out of my kitchen because I'm about to burn you! With that being said, while we are not a huge alliance, and can't possibly claim to have the best army with so few in our ranks, we will fight to the death to defend our lands. Should you bring your trouble this way we will throw everything we have at you till the end. We're here to have some fun, and we intend to do just that in the coming days. Might we bite of more than we can chew? Absolutely, so if we wind up being cannon fodder just know we did it in the spirit of fun and that we will re-roll and try again! I agree that if you wish to remain Neutral you can do so, and explain simply that in order for you to be Right and Just you mush honor both ends of your stick. You have agreements both ways so to not violate either of them you wish to remain Neutral. No Grandstanding Necessary, however I do also agree that diplomacy was never attempted and is a good reason to abstain as well.
