We, the former royal republics of the Empire of Naragansett, do henceforth renounce all ties to our former oppressors within the empire. We republics forty-three (43), now announce the formation of the Union of the Former Naragansett Royal Republics (UFNRR), also known as the Royal Naragan Commonwealth (RNC), an organization that will unite we republics economically and diplomatically. We founding nations (Attica Authority, Naragan Authority, Japan Authority, America Authority, Hamptons Authority, Indira Authority and Carasatoga Authority) along with our ally Norway, vow to mold this body into an internationally influential and sound political and economic force in order to benefit all nations within. We issue this charter following the final resolution of the Royal Naragan War that began on 7 May 1878 and concluded with the Treaty of Harrisburg on 18 July 1893 between the republics and their allies and the empire and its allies. This charter shall be official legislation within all of we republics' constitutions, acting as the sole declaration of independence. Our imperial ally, the Kingdom of Norway, shall be the executor of this charter until said charter takes international effect when Norway's power within the union shall become null and void.
