This does not require either nation to verbally back either nation if they were to make a radical claim, although it is recommended to stand by your ally. II Economic Peace Both nations are allowed to have tariffs on foreign goods to each other unless this treaty is later altered or a new one arises. Both nations agree to never take part in a sanction of a certain product from either nation unless it: -Poses a threat to National Security of said nation -is a safety hazard to said nation's people -or is illegal in said nation III Non-Aggression and Mutual Defense Both nations agree that they will not offensively attack the other under any circumstances without formally ending this treaty in advance. Along with article one, neither nation will forcefully station troops on either nation's soil or waters without the others permission. Neither nation will give support to enemies of the other in any form which includes intelligence. In the event of an offensive action taken against the other nation, both nations agree that they would first ask permission then immediately declare war and break all treaties with the other nation. If one nation would have weapons of mass destruction used against the other, permission would not be needed and immediate retaliation would be understandable and permitted.
