No First Use Policy

The Nation of DobsLand hereby declares the No First Use Policy where by the nation surrender all its military to peace related works. The nation hereby declares that it would never attack a nation or launch any nuclear warhead that it might own in the future. This policy hereby makes it mandatory for the present and the future governments to take the approval of the Parliament with a 2/3rds majority and then to take the 'WAR BILL' to the Emperor Of DobsLand for approval. Only after the Emperor approves it would any war be initiated.

This policy empowers the Emperor to put an end to all means and forms of violence. The policy declares that the Nation Of DobsLand will follow a 'NO FIRST USE POLICY'. This means that the nation will not attack a country first.

The policy also makes it mandatory for the nation to not use nuclear weapons which it might acquire in the future on a non-nuclear state. The nuclear warheads may only be used against the Nuclear States only if the nation feels that it will be attacked by Nuclear warheads. This 'NO FIRST USE POLICY' in matters of nuclear weapons cannot be changed even if the alliance asks to do so. The policy will change only after a bill is passed by the parliament by a 2/3rds majority and is then approved by the Emperor Of DobsLand.

However this policy may become null and void if the nation is attacked or is under threat or is asked to attack by the alliance. The same is also applicable to the 'NO FIRST USE POLICY' regarding nuclear weapons which the nation may acquire in the Future.
